This IHOP has been fully renovated as it is in a building that was previously a Denny’s. It was perfectly clean and still feels brand new. The food was perfectly consistent with other IHOP restaurants. Comfortable atmosphere. Not too busy. But, it did feel slightly understaffed as there was only one employee working as host and waitress. But, Cee did a great job taking care of everyone.
Slightly pricier than expected as we spent $60 for just 3 of us. Gone are the wonderful days of cheap diner food.
Worth taking note is that leaving the parking lot can be fairly tough as cement barriers in the road prevent left hand turns out of either exit. Be prepared to wait for traffic and expect to have to turn around in order to get back on track.

Waited a little longer than usual to get our order taken today. But the manager and our server were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Its nice running into genuinely good people, thank you so much guys! Food was great!

I love how fast the service is. Waiters are always nice. Food is very good. I’ve ordered different varieties and they always come out great. They have a whole lot of varieties to choose from and nice food combinations. If it’s your first time, you might get confused on what to order cos they all good. I visit almost everyday. It’s an awesome restaurant.

Came here on the Fourth of July! friendly super quick service. For a nationwide breakfast chain I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food! The protein pancake was greatly appreciated. They have options that aren’t just dessert for breakfast. It’s IHOP! You know what to expect

Edit: I gave them another try for a pick up order and was very disappointed. Not just because my burgers were red but also the quality of the customer service. Never ordering again. 8/13/25
Waiters were nice expect for this one older lady who was really rude and had a really bad attitude. I didn’t like the comment she made about my big family and the menus were confusing.

Decided that “breakfast ” for dinner would be great idea after a super long day of chemotherapy and getting a blood transfusion.
When you order an eggs benedict, chances are, you want the Hollandaise that goes on it. There was none in mine. Heartbreaking after the long day I endured.

My server was David. He was unbelievable. I really appreciated his professionalism. The food was great, and my shake was supreme.
I ordered the breakfast T-bone, and was impressed. I don’t often get a super tender steak off a griddle.

Very fast service good food and great customer service. My waitress always made sure I had everything I needed and the food was to my liking. Before eating at this IHOP location in Monroe which was the first time I have eaten at this location, I pretty much had written off IHOP as a restaurants to eat at having had bad experiences at both of the IHOPs in Everett. This IHOP had considerably better food than any other IHOP location I have ever visited/eaten at and has changed my opinion on the restaurant chain and I will definitely be returning to this location to eat again in the near future

Today I went to my local ihop and Gabriel was my server, he was a really nice young man and was very attentive to me and to my table, the food came quick and hot, it was soo good. Will definitely be coming back for more.
