I was working on the road in front of the shop and we were getting hungry so I stopped in to see if I could get a deal on some pizza for the guys. I got two extra large pizzas for $25. What a deal and the pizza was awesome. I also ordered steak rolls for my wife and I tried one and these are the best steak rolls I’ve ever had. The quality ingredients definitely shines through. The service was fantastic and friendly. I received the order in 15 minutes. The place is clean with an open kitchen area. Very Pittsburgh pizza joint vibe. If you find yourself in the area do yourself a favor and stop in.

This place has changed my mind. For a while the pie tasted like the box. I think, as rumor has it, he sold to his nephew and he turned the place around. One of the best pies around. I also got a hoagie one time and I was satisfied. I have been driving into the city for gio on 6th. But this is a local place and ansolutely compares. Even better. So many staples have a sloppy limp pie. They relaxed. This place is on the comeback. If you are west, give it a shot. Weekly I take use of the 9.99 for an xl… 8.99 for a L 7.99 for a medium and so on. Mon-wed. I haven’t been happier with a place in a long time. If you haven’t eaten there within the year…no comment needed. Owners were changed and got Much better.

My daughter left a review of my experience on February 8th. But it’s really sucks that I am finding a new pizza spot because a lady could not admit she made a mistake. In all honesty I work two jobs I have very little time off so once or twice a month I will normally pick up an order. However this day I had it delivered. I called about 45 minutes in to see if my order was running late. It was fine but I was just curious. She said she didn’t have my order. She wouldn’t let me finish a thought. She treated dumb asked if I called the other store. Said my name all butched but spelled it right. I don’t have a nor.al last name. No probably in her heart she really did think I was picking it up like I normally do but instead of admitting whatever she’s says my order doesn’t exist. I offered to bring my receipt and come down she hung up on me. I order from another place assuming I’m not getting the order I paid for and my grandkids needed fed. I no sooner pay that order. Then my cold portfinos order that didn’t exist shows up. I head down to have a conversation because I spent money 2 times to feed kids. She claimed I asked about my Togo order but who calls to ask if there pick order is late . .. like what? It was super bowl Sunday I really wasn’t being pressed at first but this is this ladies second time being nasty with me. I have no doubt she’s family and no repercussions will happen. I just can’t support a place that’s ok with all that. Both my jobs deal with the public and I would never.

Literally just went in for my weekly Ham hoagie, so delicious! Every time we order from here the food is ready before we get there & is always fresh! The workers are super friendly & the experience is always excellent chefs kiss ! I love the food & the portions are always large! I will always pick Portifinos as my first choice! The pickle pizza is great. Step up from the pizza at Picklesburgh. My second time getting it and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. It smells great, the pickles still have some crunch, and the sauce pairs perfectly with the sour flavor. If you like pickles, it’s worth a try, you might get hooked.

First time I have ordered from Portofino’s. I ordered the pan pizza with deluxe toppings. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this place for delicious pizza!!! I am sure everything else is excellent as well !!!

I came here after a stressful week at work and right when I arrived the older blonde woman working the restaurant was short with me, she didn’t ask me if I wanted my food to go. People were coming in and out it was very busy, all of them were promptly handed their food. I ordered half a sandwich and waited almost 20 minutes. The woman at the register was glaring at me the whole time while I was waiting. After 20 minutes as soon as I looked up from my phone, all of a sudden my food was ready. I was thinking they made it fresh since I waited forever, but it was soggy, cold, and tasted like it had been out for hours. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a taco pizza with no onions and a side of sour cream. It came with heavy diced onions and a side of tzatziki sauce! Very disappointed. Edit:thank you for the quick response. Next time you are out of sour cream, give ranch instead of tzatziki. That does not go well with taco. Added another star for good customer service.
