I literally watched the kid behind the counter make all the orders with one hand. It’s a 25 minutes to get a bean burrito and a soft taco. then he puts my order on the counter for the cashier who has disappeared in the back and comes out on her cell phone.. the employees and the owner at this location. Do not give a crap about good service..

I purchased 3 potatoes soft tacos around 12:00pm today, 2 of the soft tacos only had cheese, lettuce and chipotle sauce, I asked for extra chipotle sauce and I was charged $2.79 for and I did not receive the sauce. I was literally charged almost $9 for cheese and tortilla and if I didn’t have to rush back to work I would’ve taken it back and asked for a refund. I’m disgusted at the customer service!!! And waste my money.

Pulling into this place is difficult as the driveway entrance is not in front of the business, so when you’re travelling eastbound, it is easy to miss the entrance. I finally made it here on Thursday July 28th. There was a gentleman at the drive thru named John. He was friendly and included napkins without me having to ask for them. I had my usual Bean Burrito, and it was one of the better ones I have had at a Taco Bell. I will definitely come here again. Taco Bell and other fast-food places need more employees like John… Thanks!

Waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Get to the window on 8/29/25 at 7:22pm and are greeted by a young man with short dreadlocks.He was horribly rude and disrespectful. Told me there was no more of the drink I ordered and slammed the window closed. Opens it back up hands me my bag and basically told me too bad about the drink I ordered. This isn’t the first time this person had been rude to me. Please coach him into behaving better or let him go.

Terrible. Been here 3 times. It’s actually a KFC taco bell combined… First 2 visits I had TBell–how can u mess that up? They did, awful. KFC even worse, oil soaked, burnt, dried chicken. They need a manager in the worse way.

After the Polynesian, AKL is our favorite Disney hotel. Amazing food (though expensive); beautiful; calm; comfortable beds, great staff. Pool is shallow, but fun. Hotel store has lots of food and drinks to keep your costs down. Also suggest Garden Grocer delivery! Bus service to parks can be frustrating early in the day, so if you rope drop, consider Uber and request a ride 30 minutes before you plan to leave. Highly recommended.

Too slow at drive thru and supposupposedly they had no chicken available at 1pm so had to get taco bell after waiting in line for over 20 mins for something I didnt even want. Never again. And the tacos were all broken if I wanted nachos I would of ordered that.
