The chicken was fresh with no unpleasant odor. Even though all the staff were men at the time, they were very kind. It felt more like a regular restaurant than a fast-food chain.

4/13/24- I came in for Horchata only to find out you don’t have it at this location. This after I had ordered and paid for my food. That didn’t matter because of the great customer service I received.
Christian was on duty and he greeted me on my way in. This is my first time as we don’t have Pollo Loco in the Midwest. He was friendly and took time to answer my questions.
I asked about discounts, promotions and coupons. He went over the menu and helped me order. Very patient. He treated other customer’s who came in after me the same way.
Lupe prepared my plate. She gave me salsa, napkins and utensils. I was impressed because not everyone does this. She made sure to ask if I needed anything else.
The crew was working handling the drive thru and customers walking in. Lorenzo was friendly and offered to assist me when I asked for names. I do this to include them in my review.
I did not wait long for my food as the service is fast both inside and drive thru.
My meal was perfect. I had the three piece thigh and leg meal with beans and rice. It comes with two corn or flour tortillas. They offer three types of salsa or you can have all three. I noticed they are not stingy. The size of the portion is good two share. As for me I enjoyed it all
While I was eating my dinner I noticed the sunset coming down. It was a nice view while I ate dinner.
After my meal I met Teresita because I ordered churros. She was on duty. I found out she’s the manager, so I expressed that she has a good crew. I told her I would do this review.
I hope Christian and Lupe get a shout out along with this crew. Thanks to them not having Horchata didn’t matter because the customer service was great!

Horrible costumer service, me and my family have come here for years and staff is always really nice but today we were attended by some lady super rude. She was using foul language very unprofessionally after I had asked a simple question and laughed in our faces and kept pointing and laughing hiding behind her coworkers. so disappointed my burrito was soggy too….

Ordered 2 Pollo fit bowls. One was the Mexican Caesar and the other was the Avocado. There really isn’t much difference between them but they both tasted great. Veges were fresh and meat was grilled just right. Very quick turnaround as I only waited about 3 minutes.

My wife and I love this place. Not many places you can get a meal intended for one, that’s large enough for you both to share and actually be comfortably full when it’s all done. And that for a great price! Definitely a go to when we’re in the mood for a quick meal out or just something to grab and bring home. Great tasting food, great prices, quick and friendly service. Building is always clean and it’s never been too loud when I’ve been in there. It’s and all-around nice place, with nice staff and food that we’ll keep going back for again and again.

Although it’s in a sketchy neighborhood, the food is not that bad and the service was great. The gentleman who helped me actually offered me a suggestion that closely matched to what I was ordering individually. It is much worth the visit although their prices are gradually increasing and I don’t feel that the cost is worth it but it depends on what you order. My son and I went there to enjoy a nice lunch.

I LOVE the grilled chicken nachos! Be sure to ask for the grilled option–unless you like shredded/stewed chicken. It’s easy to modify your item. You can order just chicken pieces, if you like.
