This place, went above and beyond to help us out in getting our reservation. I had originally made the reservation via open table and for some odd reason, I then got a text with a link that stated a $2500 minimum spending requirement for the VIP table, which I did not wish to have. I contacted the concierge and they immediately rectified the issue. They worked out a nice table with great views outside, even served us champagne (we were celebrating our anniversary) and made sure we were well taken cared of. Taylor was our server, and she did amazing. Very polite and professional and made sure our anniversary dinner went smoothly. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place because of the outstanding service they provided, and of course the drinks and food were delicious. I wish I could remember the name of the concierge that helped us rectify the situation but, shout out to her! 5/5 stars.

Andrew in particular stood out for his intentionality and genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond for my friend and I, taking the time to check in, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure we were having the best possible experience. That level of care is rare and made us feel truly valued as guests. Katie was also fantastic—professional, warm, and clearly dedicated to making the environment enjoyable for everyone.

Tonight we had an event held by Harriet’s. If you have any reason to host an event any time soon I would strongly recommend Harriet’s. They have such an amazing staff. The management team were amazing & so adaptable. We had a few last minute adjustments due to the weather. Everything went off seamlessly. They also had multiple servers helping to keep the food stocked & areas cleaned, Aaron & tyler were the 2 that I got to speak with this evening. The food was amazing, the space was beautiful, but the amazing service is what really stood out to us. I would not only recommend this space to anyone for an event, but I will definitely back with family and friends in the future.

Overall I really enjoyed this restaurant. The bartenders and servers were very friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere is really cool.
You have to go in to the main lobby of 1 Hotel to get here, and take the elevators up to the 19th floor.
I really liked the rainbow roll (pictured) and lettuce wraps.
The cocktails were very good as well.
The outdoor area was closed when I went and the temp was in the high 40s.
I would suggest that they add outdoor heaters and open up the outside if it is not too cold, if this is at all feasible.

I took my boyfriend on our 3 year anniversary and it was spectacular. I was anxious on finding the right place as I wanted the best for my partner. I couldn’t have thought of any other place after going. We were greeted by our host Tyler, as she gave a warm welcome and helped me and my partner figure out what to best order for food and drinks. Our server Maddie was also amazing and offered lots of recommendations, though I wished I could’ve gotten their name for this review. Overall the staff was amazing. I’ll have to keep the Harriet in mind for future outings because this night wasn’t one to forget.

First time at Harriet’s last night was awesome! Maddie R is a delight and fantastic server. She checked in on us whenever we needed anything and her personality was 10/10. We loved the short rib boa buns and the golden roll. All the food was delicious. My friends and I all had the purple haze cocktail and loved it. Our second drink was their champagne by the glass and it was excellent! Perfect for a champagne toast to send our friend off into her next chapter. The ambiance and atmosphere are fabulous. Beautiful high ceilings with a stunning fire place. Loved all the real plants too. The rooftop is gorgeous. The manager Andrew made sure we had a lovely celebration.
