My family happy was late lunch on a Saturday. Food was awesome. I don’t eat this type of food or fast food often at all because I don’t like it. I DID LIKE today! The food was fresh and yum. Thanks for making my tummy and taste buds happy!

Food was normal. Service got 3 stars because not only was our order wrong but the guy’s order in front us was wrong too. Staff was probably just having an off night, but that was our experience. Atmosphere got 5 stars because they had a really big Christmas themed coloring poster and markers out on a big table for anyone and everyone to color while they waited for their food or while they ate. We thought that was really cool and would love to see more of this!

We had an active police and fire incident at the entrance of our neighborhood—over ten police officers with guns drawn. Most deliveries would (very understandably) turn around.
Not this one.
Our delivery driver parked ¾ of a mile away, got out, and walked past police and firefighters on foot just to make sure our Panda Express made it to us hot and intact. That’s not “good service”—that’s next-level dedication.
Food was great, but the real star here was the driver. Please recognize this person. Absolute professional. Absolute legend.

You would think that when plating a dish you would consider giving the proper ratio especially at a restaurant where you would want to customers to return. I wonder how much money they saved by giving me just 5 small pieces of honey sesame chicken on the entree bowl. It’s so disappointing that after multiple purchases thru out their first couple of months, the amount of food on each plate has been less and less. I decided to give them my business once more, but there are so many choices available, so never again. Is this how they value their customers? If that is the way they will serve at the new Deltona restaurant, they won’t last too long. On top of being cheap with the meat the noodles were bland, no flavor at all.

I don’t normally rate fast food locations, but the service I received here a few weeks ago was so spectacular I have to document it. I was having a really tough day and had to place a large order and frankly was dreading going in, and Brandy was so kind, so helpful, made great conversation with me, and I left with such a smile on my face. Not only is the food here consistent and reliably good, but everyone who has helped me here has always been friendly and kind. I am really impressed by this location, and make a point to go to this location whenever possible.

We came in on Friday evening at 9:45 pm. We checked to make sure they didn’t close til 11:00 pm..We weren’t greeted when we walked in .. we were deciding what we wanted and I asked the young man behind the counter how fresh the food was, because almost every options that was left, did not appear to be fresh. His answer was: no not really .. do you want a manager because that’s how it goes.. there was no one cooking anything.. matter of fact everything was being cleaned.. basically they were done for the night .. we ordered and cashed out. The cashier was cleaning at the drink station.. it appeared we interrupted her .. she lacked customer service as well.. once she finished cashing us out .. she made sure to tell us they closed in 30 mins.. it was 10:03pm.. the door said you close at 12 on Fridays.

Came in for dinner last night. Friendly staff, hot and fresh food. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the counters, tables, floors and bathroom. Every local food business should take a tour of the Deland Panda Express and see how its done. A+++

Today 12/29/2024 @6:57 pm I bought 2 plates of double orange chicken with white rice. When I got home I was disappointed. I was eating fried burnt flour covered in sauce, almost no chicken at all. It was a terrible disaster. I’ve never before had such horrible food from Panda Express. Very very poor to take people’s hard working money and sell them garbage

To note: I noticed two dirty tables when I sat down. There was a manager at one of the tables and got up without cleaning it off. Also, there weren’t many vegan or vegetarian options.
