It’s a good place to get a coffee though recently each time I’ve gone, my coffee order has been wrong. So, I would suggest double checking orders any and everywhere you go. The staff is generally always sweet though & don’t mind fixing it.

What an amazing team! What a beautiful, modern, clean NEW store with great service, definitely TEN out of five stars! I drive from Georgia to Raleigh NC and had to stop for a work meeting, so I needed a strong WiFi and they have it! Plus, clean bathrooms, wonderful team, and delicious coffee.

i don’t normally ever do reviews, it gets a 3 because i normally have amazing service here. but everytime i go and there is this on guy taking the orders and at the window nothing ever come out right. today i ordered a hot coffee and he gave me a cold one and i did correct him but me unknowing i had already paid for the iced which does cost a little more. i did get my hot coffee, but this isn’t the first bad experience here ive had. he has given my drinks to other people or me other peoples drinks , i’ve never pulled off with the wrong drinks thankfully though i always correct him. he has put my drinks in 10 ways wonky and i know they are mine due to the name on the cup , its what ive ordered but with things added i didnt ask for and have had to pay extra for. i dont think ive ever had one good experience him being at the window.

I am quite disappointed, as I have ordered this item numerous times. I always prefer my tea to be warm, and I specifically inquired with the gentleman if it was warm, to which he confirmed it was. Naturally, upon taking a sip, I burned my tongue. When I brought this to his attention, he offered to make it warmer. However, I did not desire it to be hot; I wanted it warm. Additionally, I requested almond milk, which was not reflected on the receipt. I inquired if he had indeed included it, and he assured me he had, explaining that he simply did not include it on the order because he remembered. Considering he informed me my tea was warm when it was not, I am unsure if I can trust his word.

Came through with my daughter, ordered drinks for each of us. The barista wrote a very passive aggressive/rude phrase on my cup. Really didn’t appreciate that. Don’t think we’ll be back to this location.
