Visiting from out of town and my friends ordered 3 medium pizzas for delivery on a Wednesday night. It took one hour and 40 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. It tasted alright, it wasn’t hot and we were hungry. The driver explained that she was the only driver for the night. I realize that’s a problem but, let the customer know the situation and tell them it’s going to be over an hour! Plan to try another place on my next visit.

We ordered an Italian boat and a 4 corner pizza with ham and pineapple and extra sauce. The pizza was good, but the Italian boat was not. We love the Italian boat and never had a problem with it before, but today I think they forgot to put the ham and salami on it. The boat had so many tomatoes on it and couldn’t see any meat. I had to move the tomatoes and I found a little piece of ham under the tomatoes. I didn’t see or taste any salami. We normally buy two because we both like the boats. Very disappointing today. It was 9:44 pm when we picked up the order and time we got home to eat it was almost 11pm and the store/restaurant was closed.

I ordered online then called to make sure the order went through bc this was an issue in the past upon arriving they stated that they didn’t make it so we sat waiting once it was done it was given to the delivery driver by accident had to wait some more once we got home very little bacon no mayo on a BLT pizza very disappointing specially on 50.00 worth of pizza if you are a jet’s pizza fan like me I would suggest not using the Smyrna almaville Rd. Location this is not the first time with issues from this location just the first time posting it

I placed and order at 9:50 Saturday night, an hour and 10 minutes before they close. The tracker said that it would be 60 minutes until delivery, the tracker showed they were making it, and my card was charged. 11:30 comes, and still no pizza. Tracker says they’re still making, but the store is closed now and no answer when calling. The next morning the tracker still shows making it, but the charge on my card was removed. If they were going to cancel the order they could have called and said so, and I wouldn’t be upset after sitting for almost 2 hours expecting a pizza that never showed up. Terrible customer service

This pains me to make this review but I wanted to give everybody a heads up. ALWAYS get the Detroit-style deep dish. There is a coupon on their app to make it cheaper. First time getting the round crust and if it wasn’t for my pizza cutter, the cheese wouldn’t have stayed on the pizza. Jets is honestly one of my favorite chains but this is the worst pizza I’ve had from them. Very sloppy tonight.

We came to this area in 2014 and really have gotten to like Jets Pizza. The taste has been really good in the past and have never had a complaint until recently.
We’ve had now three unpleasant experiences in the past two months. First they took 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver a Luke warm pizza. They gave us free wings the next time we ordered as a consolation.
The past two times they have delivered us a burnt pizza. Being too nice we didn’t complain the first time but this past Friday it once again showed up burnt. They did not offer to bring us a new pizza and only begrudgingly agreed to a free pizza next time.
Quite frankly I’m afraid the free pizza will show up the same way so I don’t know if we will ever call them again. Something has changed in this place and they had better fix it or they will lose all kinds of business.
I cannot recommend this location based on their recent track record. My recommendation is to find someone else that actually cares about quality and customer service.

I ordered two pizza’s , and after waiting an hour for them to arrive, I received a message saying the order had been canceled. I didn’t cancel the order, and when I contacted the manager, he told me they couldn’t send the pizza’s again because they had already refunded my money . It’s very bad store bad delivery bad service zero rate
