Dumplings aren’t bad. I would pass on the rice dishes, not good. I feel the price doesn’t justify for only 4 dumplings. I would give higher score for better value.

Def one of my top food trucks! I was able to find the Mad Dumplings food truck this past Sunday at the Great Park Farmer Market. I ordered my fav 2 dumplings – loganisa and vintage. Although there was a line to order the food came quickly. The dumplings were hot, juicy and lots of flavor paired with individual sauces! Recommend trying Mad Dumplings if you spot them. I need to remember to try to dessert dumplings next

I waited today for some of the best dumplings I’ve ever tasted. It took a minute but well worth the wait. How did you do that man. Fried chicken dumpling and that sausage dumpling were both incredible. Wow!!! I wanted to eat them all but I had to bring some home just to prove to my wife these are that good. See you next week next to Bob’s Furniture. I hear you are there every week. It’s a date.

A little disappointed. I was one of the first customers and still waited almost 30 minutes for the food. The Bulgogi Bowl had tough, overcooked meat, only a few bites’ worth of cabbage/onions, and was primarily comprised of rice. When I bit into one of the dumplings, all the filling popped out in one piece. The flavors were good, but sadly not worth the wait.

I was skeptical of a non traditional dumpling, but damn was I wrong. Tried chicken and cheese, longganisa and turkey, they were great! Also, the French fries with bulgogi was incredible. I must say the amount of food for the price is really good. The vibe is nice as well. A+
