This is actually my first time I’ve been in a Jersey Mike’s, I have gone to other sub shops near me but I decided to go to this Jersey Mike’s today. The food was alright, it definitely tasted more real and fresh than what other companies offer. The environment was nice, the tables were clean, and the floors were clean. The customer service was amazing and I was greeted right when I came into the store, and an employee named Ian helped me get my sandwich perfect, and made it a great time. I will definitely be going back to this location.

Had a problem here with my order about a month ago. I got frustrated but ultimately the owner fixed it and I couldn’t be anymore pleased because this is my go to location. The subs are always full and delicious. Thank you for going the extra mile to make it right.

Employee was annoyed I was 5 minutes early to pick up
my order I placed 24 hours prior (I didn’t expect it done nor made a comment about that.. I just happened to be early). This isn’t the first time he has acted inconvenienced by an order. He comes across passive aggressive. I will just take my business elsewhere.

There were 3 people working I want to say their names were Mitch, Josh and Malcom. There was even one person off the clock who who helped me decide what to get I think his name was Jermey. They were all so helpful I got my sub fast they didn’t waste single minute getting me my food. The sub was also well made.

TERRIBLE !!! Ordered the buffalo chicken and quite honestly can’t tell what’s even on the sub because the bun is soggy and soaked in buffalo sauce. I could have probably squeezed the bun like a sponge and gotten a half a cup of sauce out of it.

Go in 25 minutes before close for one sandwich with 4 workers doing absolutely nothing , and literally the look of death on all their faces with not one word of welcome , instead using every single ounce of energy and non verbal communication to let it be known how much of a bother we are . Putting on gloves as slow as possible . No other customer was in , it was mostly dead on chocolate ave , but again they weren’t in the middle of cleaning nor was it 5-10 minutes to close
