This has to be one of worst Jack in the boxes. We have ever been, too.
We stood at the cash register forever it seemed while they were getting the driv through orders out, barely even recognized us.
And tye inside was just gross, as bad as the bathroom.
Every single table was gross.

Went to Jack in Box for lunch. Ordered their Chicken grilled salad it came with croutons and dressing fork and a knife. Really happy that they still have salads. All McDonald’s don’t have their good salads anymore. sad… Happy Jack in the box does.They have 3 or 4 varieties salads…. Yey!!!..

This place was absolute GARBAGE. The night guy was so beyond rude & I know it wasn’t just us cause he treated the car behind us exactly the same way not knowing we were all together. Matter of fact I’d like to speak to whoever is the main manager of this place because we were yelled at, yes YELLED at, for asking for water. We weren’t rude either. We work in customer service so we know better. He yelled “next time ask at the speaker!!! We’re already behind!” After spending about $100+ between us. Highly suggest whoever runs this place watch the video footage of how this arrogant worker acted. Oddly enough there was only 1 car behind us & none for the entire 30 min we sat there eating so they couldn’t have been THAT behind. It’s no wonder the Jack in the box down the road was packed. The locals must already know.

Of all that can be messed up about fast food, the mossy upholding thing is, in my opinion, upon ordering a oreo shake, I was given a beverage straw, by the attendant. Now these types of shenanigans are very much of the type that require more attention to detail. Or potentially making a uniform straw that can accommodate both perhaps?

My fiance ordered munchie meals and ordered it correctly and my sandwich was full of mayonnaise and no pickles that I asked for. We have the receipt stating no mayonnaise and extra pickles. No pickles and I had mayonnaise. Then we drove all the way back just to bring home the food we just picked up had mayonnaise again and this time I didn’t want to go back. We don’t live right around the corner just to go back and forth. And he told him I was allergic to mayonnaise. They still put Mayo on my chicken sandwich and the chicken sandwich was super tiny. Also the first time I asked for two sides of halfies I got all curly fries. I just want what I wanted to order. Not something different and seems like the kids or people working there don’t understand the no mayo or allergies to Mayo. So I will never be going back to that one on Washington and Van Buren in Riverside. Do not waste your money.

Needed a quick snack at 10pm. I ordered on the jack in the box app. Very easy and quick. I used the convenient drive thru and was quickly asked if I could be helped. I said I had a mobile order and was told to pull forward. The guy at the counter acted like I surprised him. It made me feel I may have chosen the wrong store location in the app. But within a minute he acknowledged my order. It took a bit longer than usual I’m guessing because I ordered breakfast instead of snack items. Food was hot and delicious.

I asked for 2 #14 which is the tenders not nuggets and look what I got a #15 on the menu the lady with tattoos was very rude and mad. Had bad service and ontop got the wrong order.

I have never had issues before at this location but today was the worst. I ordered my food and payed and was told to park upfront. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting for my food. When I got my food my #16 was missing. I went back in a Rocio the cashier told me I didn’t other that. I told her that was the only combo I ordered and if I didn’t then why was I given my drink and fries. Then she started telling her co worker in Spanish I lied. I know Spanish so I understand everything she said. She was being rude and acting like she didn’t mess up my order. She really needs to listen better to the customer ordering and don’t call them a lier in front of them. This is what $20h gets you people who can’t get your order correct. I will never go back there again.
