So I ordered pizza from this store and apparently there was a glitch in the system and my order didn’t reach them in time and they cancelled the order and they had to manually refund my money and have to wait 48 hours to get my money so I was without food and my money. Talk to manager and he gave me no compensation or let me get you a free pizza since you went through that. STOP ORDERING FROM them the customers come first. The glitch in the system was yall fault and yall should’ve compensated

No idea when the last time I had Papa John’s s was so decided to try since they just opened. I was actually pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. It was also ready when they said it would be (even on a busy Friday night) so that alone makes it worth getting over the Dominos across the street!

Worst pizza I have ever ordered from here! A large thin crust with pepperoni and hamburger. Literally had 8 Pepperoni’s, cooked to death and hardly any sauce. Slow down and pay attention! I never complain but this was bad!!!!!

Well I can’t really fairly review the food as I never got it. I ordered through the door dash app, got a note that my order was ready. Lo and behold, no order. The counter person told me “I can’t find your order.” I confirmed I was the proper location. She again said “I can’t find the order.” I replied well what can we do? That was met with a shrug. What excellent customer service.

Customer service was pretty good. Ordered on the web and the tracking was accurate for when the order was ready. Pizza was made correctly. Only negative aspect—the pizza was not cut all the way through. Wasn’t as inconvenient this time since I took it home but if that wasn’t the case, it would’ve sucked. Please improve on that.
