This is the last time I am ever going to this location. I placed an order to pick up a burrito and received a burrito that for one was so overfilled it was not even wrapped completely and spilling out when i unwrapped and for two had stuff in it that I did not put on my order. This is not the first time the santa rosa ave location has messed up an order that I’ve placed. Going forward I will only being going to the coddingtown, rohnert park, and petaluma locations. Chipotle you need to train your employees better.

I’ve had my worst chipotle experience here.
The first thing I noticed was the tortilla was stale, even after the steam press. My friend noted the same. It wasn’t pliable and it tasted bad
The rice was over salted, it tasted like I was eating a salt block. I had to spit it out it overwhelmed my mouth.
And I had multiple long human hairs imbedded in the burrito. Which is crazy since they make it on the spot.

My wife and I ordered online, we asked for her burrito with double meat and her burrito was all rice. Upon arrival, I kindly waited to the side where the sign clearly stated “online order pickup” and was questioned why I was standing to the side. When I replied oh I’m just here for an online pickup order the employee there caught an attitude and so oh well this is going to be a while so can you move. Then when I got my order they shoved the food to the bottom of the bag and it leaked through in my car. Terrible customer services and poor handling of food. Tried to get the order remade or a partial refund but was told that wasn’t possible and instead was offered 2 free entrees. DONT GO HERE!

They made my bowl I was waiting for the last items they where skimpy with the meat I shouldn’t be surprised. I already paid I was waiting for my food 2 different people tried to charge me again. When the 3rd person tried to charge me again my food was done she just walked away she didn’t put it in a bag or anything. I had to bag my own order what the bs lazy employees, they want me to pay 3 times the amount but they won’t bag up my order screw them.
So someone responded to my review but didn’t mention the horrible service and them trying to charge me 3 times so they are just pretending that didn’t happen more bs screw who ever responded thanks for nothing

Went here to get a burrito. One person was eating. I was the only person in line. The girl behind the counter rushed me so much, it felt like me being there was an inconvenience. Like she had much better things to do than to listen to my order. She started wrapping the burrito when I was asking for more corn.
Honestly don’t understand it. No one else was in line. I only went in person because when I ordered delivery there was almost no meat in my bowl.
What a trash location. Not visiting or ordering again.

Back to small portions, for some, me at least. 2PM Monday, 10/6. Not too crowded. In line behind a woman ordering 2 bowls, to go. She got 2 scoops of rice, each; 2 scoops of beans, each; protein and vegetables. We got a small scoop of rice and beans.
Seems to me Chipotle was dinged for inconsistent portion sizes a while ago. They’re back. Left hungry. We won’t be going back to this location.

The food was good. Ordered burrito bowl, it was well made but got some attitude when I asked for more of a side item. Atmosphere was nice had outdoor seating.
