Did mobile went thru drive and they advised pull up they were finishing. I waited 25 minutes and they never brought out. I went in and it was on the counter and cold. Asked why and was told not their problem . Got it home to warm up and was missing items.

Slowest location ive ever been to. They had an entire lobby full of people and people who ordered on mobile waiting an hour +. They clearly prioritize doordash than people actually in here. It took over 40 minutes to get 2 orders of cheese curds and a hot dog. Like seriously? Not to mention mold all over the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if youre hoping for a quick meal. Food isnt even worth the wait.

Very slow service nobody in line when we got there. Food came out very slowly, order was not correct unfortunately. Once we got food fries were old and soggy somehow over seasoned and under seasoned at the same time, burger was not good at all no seasoning at all very bland. Restaurant was not very clean either

Terrible counter service. Rude man, sloppy dressed, stains on his wrinkled shirt, taking orders. Took forever to come to the counter. Then food took at least 6-7 minutes to get. Coney cheese dog had cold hard bun. Root beer dripping out of vending machine, even in back of it. All floor surfaces very slippery. Bathrooms In desperate need of painting and cleaning. That a good place to stop!
