Love love love this Starbucks! When I pull into the drive through they already know my name and my order. They work quickly , I’m never in line long at all. And everyone has a great personality no matter how early or late it is. And the best part? My order is always correct and taste as expected.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now, and most of the time the service is really good. I’ve had a few baristas that were extremely rude, though. What’s making me write this review is that I had another one of these experiences this morning. I ordered my items in the drive-thru, and while I was in line waiting for my food, I received a call from my mom trying to coordinate a visit to Tampa because my grandma is on life support. Obviously, it was an emotional discussion, and when it was time to grab my food and drinks, my mom was crying on the phone and I was trying to comfort her.
The barista at the window said, “Hey, how’s it going?” and I tried to respond, but my mom said something else that I didn’t understand, and I was kind of caught between the two. The barista said, “Not going to say anything? Okay, good talk,” and then handed me my food. I looked at her and said, “My grandma is in the hospital.” She said, “It’s okay. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.”
I understand how it can feel when customers don’t engage, especially in customer service roles-I’ve been there myself. But in moments like that, a little patience or neutrality would have gone a long way. This was a really difficult morning, and the comment made it harder than it needed to be.

I RAN to Google to leave this review. Usually I order online to avoid people in general. I went through the drive through today and Hannah was so nice to talk to while waiting. One of those small random interactions that just make your day better! I don’t leave reviews often, but I am because of her. Hannah was professional, kind, and GREAT customer service! My order was accurate as well. Great location!
