I have found another Tiki bar in Illinois! About a 20 minute hike from the City, this place is a beautiful getaway. The drinks, and the pizza are top tier!! I will be going here again!

The lady putting stuff on the drinks wore the same pair of gloves blew her nose, grabbed chairs and touched non drink related stuff. She was rude to multiple customers and wasn’t wearing shoes. This was possibly the most awkward/weird experience of my entire life. The bartender was very nice but man. It was something otherworldly and not in a good way. Me and my partner had one drink and left. The drinks are also very strong and accurate to when they were created but not modern. I have no clue how this place is in business but someone should hire the bartender somewhere else.
Edit to reply- I watched the lady with no shoes on not change her gloves after blowing her nose and touching chairs without a doubt. And they were definitely just socks not slippers. Also again she was rude to multiple customers about how busy they were and seemed shocked to have people want to eat in the dinning room after getting drinks, and not having a reservation. The drinks weren’t my thing which is up to peoples opinion. Everything is what was wrong.

This place is sus. There are security cameras EVERYWHERE and an automatic 20% gratuity for a party of FOUR or more…. really, a standard family is a burden for wait staff, which we had to wait a crazy amount of time for at the table? Pizza was fine but certainly nothing to chase back for. The prices were not for the price conscious family and even a soft drink was near five dollars.

Unique place to eat pizza, but that’s about it, Pizza was ok not terrible, the mocktails were not good. $110 for 4 Mocktails and a XL pepperoni pizza and a $20 table service charge for party of 4? Thanks not a tip (Crook County) again Unique place to eat but that is about it.

Beer crust supreme pizza was pretty good! Buffalo wings were juicy and the garlic pretzel knots were AMAZING! I would come back here again. Very clean place too.

Great food and drinks! The seasonal cocktails are always a hit and the ambiance is the pinnacle of the tiki bar dream. Definitely a place to frequent, but make sure you have a reservation! No kids allowed after 8pm, but if you’re there earlier it’s kid friendly and the pizza is amazing!

I used to love coming to this place! Drinks are amazing (although they take forever to make and SUPER expensive). But recently, the prices seemed to have increased while the quality of food has declined (where are the Mac n cheese balls?!) also the hostess and staff can be super rude. We were told prior to sitting that our kids had to sit in their seats and not get up at all although no one was in there. They act like customers are a burden and not wanted – maybe that’s why they’re only open 4 days a week for a few hours.

Definitely a solid 4.5 rating for this place. The food—well, let’s just say it’s like finding a good spot with a great vibe. The suburbs don’t usually have places like this, and from the outside, you wouldn’t expect what’s inside. The atmosphere is lively, and the drinks? They’ve got personality. Fun, creative, and definitely worth coming back for.
As for the food—it’s okay. Not bad, just okay. But the drinks alone make it worth the visit. It’s the kind of spot that feels like a hidden gem, the kind you’d want to keep secret but also can’t help but share.

I’m a server and have been working customer service for 5 years now. I’ve never been to restaurant where if a customer doesn’t like their drink, they won’t remake it or offer a different drink. We will not be coming back. I thought restaurants were supposed to be accommodating but I guess not at Lola’s Pizza and Tiki bar
NEW EDIT: Now why would you lie?!! The server did not offer a new drink to us. He was a middle aged man and offered us pineapple juice for us to add to the drink. Then proceeded to tell us they do not take back or remake drinks.

Might be the best Tiki Bar in Illinois. Perfectly decorated throughout. Excellent drinks. Attentive kind service. Pizza is some of the best around. Laid back feel. A feast for your eyes and taste buds.
