Terrible at making pizza. Had to take the first set of pizzas back. The second was still terrible. 12/22 was not a great night to get pizzas. These were the second try and these are still very badly done.

We ordered takeout and arrived and were told it wasn’t ready yet. We sat there for another 25 minutes watching people come and go. Finally we asked and they said oh it’s here on the shelf. It was cold. We got it home and it didn’t have any of the 5 dipping sauces we ordered and paid for. We live 50 minutes away so it was not an option to go back. We called and spoke to Jacob the manager and told him our son was in Salt Lake downtown and could pick some up at the 7th and 7th store. Jacob said he would call and tell them someone would come and pick up the missing items. Our son went to that location, the store manager didn’t know anything, and said we would have to pay for them. We called Jacob again at this location and he had called the wrong location. I asked him to call the correct on and he hung up on me. Never again.

Called in an ordered for a medium hand tossed chicken bacon ranch ($21.64). Little over priced for a medium pizza. Arrived at the location 12 minutes after placing the order. They had a TV up in the corner with people’s names, orders and the status of the order (cool idea). My order said it was in the oven, awesome.
I saw one of the workers taking out pizzas and putting them in boxes, then my order status went to “Ready”. Just then I got a text saying “Your order is in the oven. It will be ready in 8-10 mins – see you soon!” I was totally confused.
I got to the front of the line and asked for my order and the guy said I haven’t even made it yet. I told him the board said it was ready, he said sorry. I said is that board a gimmick… he hesitated and then said “Yes”. I’ll give him credit for being honest.
Eventually had to sit there another 15. Pizza was good, but not worth the wait or the price. I’ll probably think twice before going back.

We all got cabin fever after being cooped up in the house for last 3 weeks, and were craving some outside food so badly.
Then I saw Dominos has this deal going on online, so I ordered 2 Medium (12″) Hand Tossed Pacific Veggie
Whole with Premium Chicken, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Roasted Red Peppers, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Shredded Provolone Cheese. I choose “Carry Out” option, but when I went to the store I called them from my car and they brought my order to me.
The pizzas were s-o good! Thank you Dominos for making my family happy tonight 🙂

I don’t typically like to leave google reviews bashing a franchise but I have reached out to dominos customer support about a recent order from this location and no one has followed up. I’ve tried reaching out through domino’s ap and via phone. I was told the Franchise owner would reach out and that hasnt happened.

I ordered 3 pizzas last Saturday. All the pizzas were delicious. The store is very clean, friendly and has places where you can dine in and eat. I enjoyed my Dominos experience. The prices of the pizzas are competitive with Papa Johns. I just wished they had a daily to go special.

When we ordered the pizza they said it would be done in 14-19 mins (5:57pm would be the latest per their time). I asked about the status of my order at 6:02 and they were just barely STARTING to make the pizza. They said they were “backed up” but really need to improve their time estimates. I saw several other people waiting a very long time for their pizza.
They have great places to sit at while you wait. I had to stand at the counter for several minutes before they even acknowledged me.

This was normally my 5 star go-to store. But this has been the worst experience, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
I placed my order online like always, and waited for delivery, like always. After 30 minutes I was a little concerned, at the hour mark I was calling the store to cancel. Nobody answered, and I waited on hold and the delivery showed up.
I get it inside, open the box, and it is awful. Too much grease, garlic knots raw dough, pizza practically frozen over. Do NOT order from here. Sometimes you’re fine, other times they screw you over and ignore you.

Freshest ingredients, soft fluffy pizza crust. They always have fast delivery service, very friendly and helpful staff in store for pickup. My go-to for easy lunch or dinner. Pizza, parmesan bites, wings, everything is always delicious.
