One of my favorite restaurants. Anytime I’m close, El Chapin’s siren song is too strong to ignore. I’ve had just about everything one the menu over the last 10+ years. Reasonable prices and delicious food that you can’t cook better than at home.

My first and last time ordering here. I was so looking forward to Enchiladas de pollo. But I never got it. As you can see from the picture below. And when my gf called back to let them know. The very rude lady on the phone said there is no proof!!! So we text the driver a picture and he read it. And I never got my food. And the lady kept saying you don’t have proof. And then she said that the food was enchiladas. And my gf who is Hispanic told her no enchiladas here. And then she hung up on her. Never going here AGAIN

I don’t leave review often but I had to for this food. The service was good but the food was absolutely terrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place I was extremely disappointed. I honestly believe they gave me old food or something I had to toss out all the food. Literally a waste of money

Giving a ☆☆½, I would typically come in for an Horchata, It’s usually amazing. Today just wasn’t the day Sipped it & it tasted extremely metalic & Old. I waited till the Cashier cleared her customers, I stated I didn’t want to purchase the Horchata due to the taste. She stated I would have to Pay for it!!! In what bloody century. She insisted on charging me for the Horchata● Small $3.00●. I told her I was going to give her a ultimatum at this point. Either you remove the drink that taste like it’s been sitting for days or I don’t pay for the Food as well. Which was Carnitas & Quesadilla with Fries. She had a little demeanor change ofcourse. I requested she summon her Manager who was not in at the time, She Called thee Manager & He stated to remove it. Simple so the fact that she kept insisting & saying it her Jobs Policies, Not her & That’s how it is whaaa.Doesnt seem right being that I was kind as well as Respectful, So I’d expect the same…
