I placed my order yesterday for pick up at 5:30, when I arrive they said 45 minutes because of all the orders are getting, but there are several DoorDash pick ups that were place today and they’re able to get theirs picked up on time yet. I placed mine yesterday and I have to wait 45 minutes. It’s already been over half hour now, very disappointed. I will also be letting my friends and family know of this preferential treatment you give DoorDash as opposed to regular customers.

Did a cash order for delivery. They used door dash. The driver couldn’t find the place. I told him where he was going he said GPS didn’t send him there. Gave him the money and the order wasn’t even mine. Called pizza hut all they could do was contact door dash even though the order wasn’t placed with door dash. So I’m out the food and the cash. This location just isn’t trustworthy.

I was skeptical about ordering at this location because of the reviews. Placed my order at 5:47pm and they told me online my order was ready at 6:11pm. I showed up at 6:18pm to find out my order had not even been started. Luckily, I got a refund and won’t be back. They don’t even have a drive thru. What has happened to Pizza Hut?

Absolute garbage. I’ve given them plenty of chances to fix their issues, and I’ve spoken with the manager who was seemingly nice, but the problem is they just don’t get your order right. And, my 4 year old needed to use the restroom last time we were there and that had to be one of the nastiest restrooms I’ve ever stepped into. If that is a testament to their cleanliness, I think I’ll just go on to Dominos from now on.
