We visited on New Year’s Eve. We went at 5 pm because we expected them to be busier later on in the evening. Our sever kept our drinks full & checked back with us several times. Our steaks were delicious & cooked perfectly. The pizzas looked yummy. We will visit again.

From the first step inside, the smell is amazing and we couldn’t wait to try the pizza. Locals at the door were extremely friendly and gave us their favorite suggestion so that’s what we went with. And let me say that by the end of our meal we agreed that it was definitely the best pizza we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to come back!

AMAZING! This used to be the typical place to hangout on Friday and Saturday nights 35+ years ago. Now the conversation is about grandkids, retirement and aching bones. Still great atmosphere, wonderful servers and fast service.

Awful experience. I will say the pizza was pretty good, I guess average price is was $15 for a large? but drinks were also $4 so for ONE pizza and drinks spent $40!!! And the pizza seemed small I didn’t even eat making sure my kids could. But the SERVICE was AWFUL. We were served by an older lady not sure if she owned or was just serving but her attitude towards every single guest there made me SO uncomfortable. She used a rude tone with everyone, heard a nice old lady said she was turning 90 almost cry and begging her husband and son to leave because of how she was addressed for asking for a substitute for French fries. I was so angry and upset by the time we left just listening to how people were being addressed including us and the huge charge at the end I will NEVER be back here. I can’t understand how a business in a small town stays open with that kind of service. One more thing, it’s cramped and either burning hot or suddenly the air comes on and your freezing back to burning hot

Good pizza, good service and in a historic building. Lots of pictures of local scenery. Bathroom is not handicap friendly but it is a historic building.

We ate at Torino’s last Saturday evening. 8 of us shared 3 large pizzas plus appetizers. Pizza was very good, service excellent, free office cream when we were done. Our waitress even took a picture of us. There place was clean inside. We will certainly be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!

I dined in with my partner and a friend about 4 months ago now. I absolutely love their pizza and it was my first time dining in. I work in the food industry myself so I understand when it’s a busy night and things happen and take longer than usual. The waitstaff were super nice and the food came out great as usual. However, my group and I went to go grab ice cream at the end of our meal, and as I was filling my cone up the ice cream fell before I could put it into a bowl. I quickly caught the ice cream in my BARE hands looking for a way to clean it up myself. I did not want to have to cause a scene and was just going to clean it up myself. Then all of a sudden this rude woman comes up behind me YELLING at me about how much of a mess I had made. I had gotten a little ice cream on one other clean bowl. She yanked the napkins away from me as I had melting ice cream in my hand. I finally got a napkin once she put the container back and was told to walk away and go sit down. For the rest of our stay she glared at me for the rest of the night and loudly talked about how dumb I was. I was in such shock as I have never seen such blatant disrespect to customers. I love the pizza, but cannot support a business that treats customers with such hostility and little respect.

EDIT: I would NEVER make up or accuse any restaurant of foul play if I didn’t have to. I personally have been working in the restaurant industry since I was 16. I know the ins and outs and know how hard some nights are. But some people don’t belong in the industry and IT SHOWS. Don’t continue to be rude to people leaving HONEST reviews. If there’s a collective problem with 1 person maybe you guys need to reevaluate her being there.
