Maria wasn’t profesional , couldn’t say the Order number just what i ordered been waiting over 10 minutes for my food. She checked my receipt and verified that it was my food then came to my table to snatch the plate off my desk. she had the nerve to send another women for her mistake. Then they gave me an under cooked meat because she rushed the guy to make my food what a horrible service from Maria the manager.The meat was cold and watery wasn’t even warm at all.

Friendly service that’s usually fast. The food temperature and quality varies greatly from visit to visit though and it’s pretty pricey compared to similar fast food places. They always over sauce their food, even if you ask for light sauce. I find it’s best to ask for sauces on the side. The beyond meat “burgers” are very tasty, though even more expensive than their already higher priced beef offerings. The dining area is usually pretty clean and trash is picked up promptly.

The food was good, amazing chef. Maria, is a horrible worker she needs to be fired. Me and a lot of people I know including family and coworkers stop going due to her poor service she is very rude. Today I decided to give it a chance again and regretted it. While I was ordering my daughter was still carrying my 2 year old mind you he’s autistic, she had the mouth to say “and control your kid I don’t want him running” I respectfully stated “I will try my best I understand” but she repeated herself in a horrible tone . YOU CANT JUDGE OFF LOOKS HES SO CALM!!! I went for my first refill and she turned off the soda fountain with a rude face. This locations air in the playground doesn’t work, get it fixed most of your costumers use it. WONT BE GOING EVER AGAIN SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO EITHER!!!!!!

The wait in drive through was very long, over 20 minutes. My coupon didn’t work because the time allotted expired. The cashier said he would give me the discounts but only gave me 1 discount when I was entitled to two. My fries were cold. Usually this business is fast paced and the food is fresh. Today was very unexpected. I will give them another shot in the future. For now I will go elsewhere.

The line took forever to move! There seems to be one employee working all of service area. It took 20 minutes to get a kids meal and when I pulled up he hadn’t even out my order in the register and blamed that the orders switched. I clearly saw him putting it in. Work on faster service

Playground is super dirty that I can’t let mu 5 years old son touch it. Floor at play area is super sticky and smells oilly like it’s NEVER been clean for months ( not weeks oy days)
