I was so excited to go to the new location & when I stood there confused for at least a minute someone finally told me to order on the screen & that they could not take my order with them (odd, but I obliged)
Realizing that I have a very unique order I tell them I would like to customize my order & was met with a sassy “we don’t do that here” & I say but that’s what I always get & she again, sassily says “at this location?”
I then proceeded to say you guys just opened how would I have always ordered it this way from here you guys have been open for like 3 weeks.
Then another kind younger girly pop walks up & explains that Sweet Green has fed into the corporate greed like many others. (She explained the robots, I am adding in dramatic details)
I was shooketh to my core when I saw the portion sizes that the robots were giving
I got my salad & when I was biting into it I was taking out clumps of salad by the handful!!! I had very little protein & very little rice 🙁
I won’t be coming back to this location, unfortunately. I’ll stare out the window as my bf orders chipotle.
Sad to see it.
I think my salad was like $18 so that sucked lol
My first introduction to sweetgreen was at Legacy place a few years ago and it’s always been so yummy I’ve gone back for more.
The location in Framingham was more than disappointing.
In fact, the food was disgusting as well as the atmosphere.
Not met by smiling friendly human beings behind the counter, but by a row of kiosks with fingerprints all over them.
It was only downhill from there.
I tried to ignore the human hair that was laying on the counter in front of the kiosk. In fact that should have been a sign for me to turn around and leave right then and there.
I ordered exactly the same order I had the week prior at Legacy place and it was nothing like what I had experienced at the legacy place location.
The bowl was mostly if not all rice, there were four small cubes of meat, a few ends of red onion, a teaspoon of pickled cabbage, which I had ordered as extra. I could go on, but you get the picture.
Unlike legacy place, they do not mix your bowl up for you here so I was forced to sit at the table and mix my own bowl which again was mostly rice which was sticky and clumpy.
After working all day, I was too tired to even make a stink about it in the restaurant, and also the people behind the counter did not look friendly or approachable.
The restrooms were disgusting.
No toilet paper in either restroom and urine all over both the toilets.
I paid $22 for a bowl of rice, no customer service and an unclean environment.
I will never go back to this location ever again.
Gross!
I have high hopes for this location, friendly faces, engaging with people making sure everyone knows where to find their orders.
Good portion & fresh ingredients!!!
