I order pizza from here quite often. It’s convenient and close. When the pizza is cooked correctly it’s great. However 50% of the time! Half of the pies I order are burnt or even worse under cooked and doughy. Management is always really nice about redoing the pizza but it’s aggravating waiting 20 minutes extra. Even worse when it’s been delivered or you have to return to the restaurant to get your pie remade. Then when you do call or return with an issue the person behind the counter treat you like you did something wrong. How dare you return this burnt or undercooked pizza. I hate leaving bad reviews, who wants to do that but this is about my 12th Bad pizza. Extra extra crispy this time.

We are traveling through town and was excited to order from Lost Pizza since there isn’t one near where we live. Once the pizza was delivered, I soon noticed a RUBBER BAND in my slice. Out of the four slices I inspected, I found three had rubber bands in them! I tried calling the store to let them know, but their phone wasn’t working. So disappointed in our experience and the fact that I wasted so much money on not only an inedible pizza, but on the delivery fees and tip I gave to Door Dash to deliver it as well.

First time visit trying their cauliflower crust pizzas. The price was lower than most for the size which was about a medium. The flavor creations & texture of the crush were so mmgood!! Crusts are thin but again flavor packed. We were very satisfied and would definately order here again. Only peccadillo was we were told that they would text us when our pizzas were ready as we waiting in the car. But no text ever came 20 min past the time we were quoted we went inside to check and the pizzas had been ready.

Had a really pleasant first time experience. We had an el diablo delivered to us and not only was it good but they didn’t slack w toppings. I half expected the crust to bend when you picked it up cause they’re kinda heavy slices but all was good. Definitely ordering again.

So last night I ordered a pizza through doordash and stumbled upon a clear rubber band., so I took photos and drove up there and showed them the pictures in private because I didnt want to cause a scene and u would of thought lets make this right but I got the answer that there’s nothing they can do, have been a loyal customer for years ordering at least once a week , spending at least 50 00 every order. This is how you lose customers very disappointed on how they treated me. This happened 1/30/26

Nice spot I tried this past weekend August 12th. Pizza was good (Had sausage, pepperoni). Tried the wings got a 12 piece, half Jamaican jerk and the other half teriyaki. They were good. Also had the fried ravioli just wish it had cheese, it was just meat. For drinks I had a papayas cider, enjoyed all 3 glasses of it. Overall food was good! Came out quick and hot. Sorry pictures of the pizza got lost.

My first visit here. It was ok for the most part. I don’t like walking into a restaurant and staff members look at me directly without saying a word. That happened here, twice. Bad start. The Fried Ravioli was good but not special, pretty much what you can get anywhere. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Pizza was ok, crust had a good flavor. I cannot, however, understand how an entire pizza can come out with nearly half of it having no toppings. Service after the initial non-welcome was good enough and the atmosphere is ok but the decor inside is a little cliche. It was clean, however, and that’s always a good thing. I love it when a place offers PibbXtra, you don’t see it much anymore. Overall a mediocre experience but, as I always say after the first visit, I will give it another chance. I’m just not excited about it.

I have come to prefer the pizza from Lost Pizza. We order it once a week and have never had a bad experience. I especially enjoy being able to build my own pizza. I also really enjoy the texture of the thin crust pizza. It is the perfect blend of crispy. Since moving to the area from West Mobile this is our new go to spot.
