Love on a plate. Ana is an alchemical genius.
Tacos de Paisa, hidden in the back of El Rincón, is one of those places you don’t stumble into by accident — you’re led there. The flavors are deep, honest, and wildly comforting. This is food made with patience, intuition, and heart. Scottsbluff is lucky to have this place, a portal to the mystical nature of gustatorial delight. My favorite is Friday’s special the Chile Relleno, with handmade corn tortillas. I always feel so loved when I leave, reminiscent of those deeply grounded and warm, loving women in Mexico who make beautiful, nourishing food that speaks to your heart, enough to make you weep. For the book lovers out there, this is how I imagine the food in Like Water for Chocolate.

Great little spot too eat quick mexican food. Ambiance a little quite some good mexican music would change the mood. Food was legit. Red sauce was spicy. Not a fan of shredded cheese but melted did taste better. Overall a good experience and didnt break the bank.

Rice and beans were ok but that’s it!! Cold cheese enchilada and not ground beef like I was expecting.

Nice little place has some excellent food. Winter time you might need your jacket if eating in as it can be kinda chilly inside. The crispy tacos are amazing. They have a salsa bar. Horchata is some of the best. Carne asada burrito is really good and nice sized. Smothered enchiladas my son loves them

A friend of mine has been suggesting this place for months. Was lucky enough to get to try some of their food from friend who placed a to go order. Taco was kinda small but packed with food. Meat was a bit stringy but good. Rice was also fine. The enchilada had a very wet sauce or red sauce kind of flavor. All in all okay so far. But would like to visit restaurant and try some of the more interesting items off the menu soon.
*UPDATE* Tried the Carne Asada fries and they were amazing. Will be going again for those and other items on the menu.

Very good and authentic food. The staff is friendly, and the red sauce is HOT. I lived in Mexico in the past, and I felt right at home at this restaurant. I tried the Chile Relleno, and it was delicious. Parking is tight, so it’s better to find a spot on the street.

So far best carne asada mini tacos in Scottsbluff. The seasoning of the meat was great. The service was fast. The prices are cheap. The place is small but very clean. Definitely would recommend.

Place has great food and portions are much larger than average. They have the biggest and best chimichanga in town. Never disappointed coming here.
