It looks like a regular subway, but I went to order my food and started looking at the bar, The bar was disgusting and I worked at a subway for a year and a half and our bar never looked like that gross. They had asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and of course, I told them yes. When my sandwich came out, there was black specs all over my cheese. I asked them what that was and they said it just comes from the toaster oven. I told him to take the cheese off and then put fresh stuff on there. They were nice and took the cheese off, But I will not be coming back here do better subway

Do NOT come to THIS Subway in Galloway OH, Norton/Hall road. Absolutely the most disgusting location ever! Food was awful, place was dirty all the way around. Windows couldn’t be seen thru for never having been cleared of fingerprints. The fountain drink dispenser was cruddy. And my “burnt offering” sub bun was so hard & old, it didn’t need toasted. I never toast it, but it looked & tasted like it had been left in toaster for 30 min. Ended up taking my meats out & eating them plain. The 2 employees behind counter had no clue what they were making, when I said no toasting, but cook the bacon on the American Club he says “oh you want to add bacon? No, it comes with it! ” Haven’t ate at Subway for more than 2 yrs, now I remember why.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from here. Look at this tuna sandwich. It’s laughable. Hardly 1 TBS of tuna on a footlong sandwich. Not sure who is running this store now, but they shouldn’t make sandwiches. Money wasted. I complained to the corporate office. I want a complete refund. This is a shame!

This is the worse subway I’ve ever been to. They are extremely RUDE. I am disabled and I had a friend go in because I like when my order is made and somebody’s watching. I get home to eat the sub there’s barely any lettuce the tomatoes look like mush, the barely any sauce, barely any steak and the bread was hard as hell. The last time my bread was hard, but usually the food was all right. The manager, our owner of whoever it is told me that they’ll remake it but don’t come back to this location if I’m not satisfied. I went thru the drive thru to place my order had multiple subs to order. A man with a foreign accent who was very rude, very impatient started to take my order. He never asked my bread to the first order, I told him I wanted a 6in italian bread, a spice, lettuce and mayonnaise. That was unacceptable he wanted me to answer as he asked me question. No i dont want toasted did o say toasted.. 2nd sub italian herb and cheese BMT toasted prevolone with lettuce . He was rude and tried to read off every veggie-he asked about sauce i never answered him fast enough, i was asking the passenger which sauce he replied special sauce- the male worker again rude i asked him to slow down and take a breath and to give me a second. No need to rush. I KNOW WHAT I want I just need him to Listen. He refused to serve me, no biggie I will take my service else where.. I will not ne back to this location . Customer service goes a long way…

I’m so happy to see this location has a decent rating, because it’s definitely the best Subway I’ve ever been to.
Check out the pic of The Monster (add tomatoes) that I got there. (Sandwich opened to show both sides.) This was awesome.
I probably hadn’t been to a Subway in almost a decade, but I’ve been here 3 times in the last month, and I’ll probably keep going back weekly.

Edit: We’ve been back several times, and it’s been just as impressive every time. Take the one-star reviews here with a grain of salt. Many of them give 1 star for ridiculous reasons. Skip the drive-through, order ahead, and enjoy your perfectly made sandwiches.

The Indian guy who runs the place is the most disrespectful man ive ever seen. He was very hostile when we tried to order the 6.99 meal that was advertised on the front window. He than completely toasted our bread. We had to throw it out. A waste of 16.00! He even tried to cheat us out of the correct amount of change. Horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They also close th store early so I would advise you to go there an hour before closing. I emailed corporate! I’ll be moving to Jersey Mike’s where customers get treated with respect !
