It’s not the store, it’s the stupid system to order, why am I speaking with someone foreign that I can’t understand and who doesn’t understand the Menu? This is the dumbest set up I’ve seen. It would make so much more sense to order from Someone working IN THE STORE . A robot could speak clearer!!!!! I don’t order very often and I don’t believe I will again, gave me a headache trying to understand what she was saying.

I feel sorry for the 1 waitress that was working the whole dining room by herself, the owner really needs to give this place a facelift, service is so slow, salad bar was off me, all the lettuce was brown .this place has gotten so bad many people in this town won’t eat here anymore. I wish the owner would step up and fix the many problems. We like pizza hut, but not eating in here.

Editing my review…the pizza is not what it was 10 months ago. Ordered 2 pan pizzas. This is not pan crust i remember. Also there is very little sauce and cheese. I will be getting my pizza from Dominos and Pascos again for a while.
I order pizza from here about once a week for carry out. Everyone is always polite and efficient. The food has been so much better these past few months than It’s been in the past. My order tonight was the best so far. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!! Thank you!

My family and I showed up to dine in at 6:45 in the evening, there were posted signs on the doors as we walked in, that the dining room was closing at 8:00 pm. When we entered we waited to be seated and observed maybe four or five tables full of people. We were then asked by someone walking past us in the kitchen if we were planning on dining in, when we replied ‘yes’, she responded that they were not taking anymore people dining in for the night, and walked away. We had no choice but to turn around and leave without an explanation as to why they would not let us eat, even though they do not close until 11 pm.

The last several times we’ve been there, there has only been 1 one person on wait staff. The person did the best they could, but the service was super slow. I got tired of waiting and went to the register and asked for to go boxes and the check.

I ordered the $7 meal deal on the app and I got cinnamon buns and the $7 pepperoni pizza the cinnamon buns were a cheap generic version of ACTUAL cinnamon buns, they had no icing on them and they were dry, but that wasn’t the worst part. The pizza was like cardboard! There was no sauce on it, barely any cheese, they didn’t even put pepperoni like I ordered. This was literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life! And that’s really sad because I actually like Pizza hut’s pizza normally. I won’t be ordering from there again.

Walked in, the floor is littered with trash and food and she told us to sit down and ended up sitting in a booth with a dirty knife in the window from god knows how long ago. We ordered drinks and not only did she get them wrong but she spilled the pop on the table and then left completely, a new waitress brought us our paper thin pizza which tasted like cooked cardboard. She didn’t even come back and we had to get our own drinks. The whole place is disgusting and the service was horrible.
