This morning I went to buy a midnight coffee and the guy just said he didn’t have any. He didn’t say sorry he didn’t have any or that he could make it in a couple of minutes. He didn’t even want to answer my greeting. How can they have people like that working?

Barely any cream filling.
Usually people buy a cream donut because they like the cream filling. There is so little filling that the doughnut is inverted inwards. I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. 🙁 It’s great that they’re open late, but I’ll go to a different location next time.

I usually have no problem but lately with the refreshers them being pre-made and I swear they mixed up the flavors because usually the strawberry dragon fruit is like a clear color and the raspberry watermelon is cloudy I’ve been getting the raspberry one instead of strawberry dragon fruit and the guy making it says it the right one

Wow just ordered on the app because we’re on our way out the door to soccer. Go in because it’s been a while for 2 hot coffees. I go in there is more people working than customers. They are making my order turn ask me give me blank look and walks away leaving the coffees on the service counter not up on the to go rack. Now my wife walks in upset its her busy and we got to go. She says hey are those 2 hot coffees for PatR give them to me. If you have time and love to play games before getting a simple to go order that won’t be right go there. Not the first time having a problem. The price you pay for convenience isn’t worth keeping our mouths shut. Hopefully I can stop a future unnecessary inconvenience because of other people’s incompetence. This was our go to dunks and never had a problem before its a shame it’s that bad. Plus they got our order wrong again. It’s sad when you have to remember caramel because you know they are definitely going to get it wrong

This location is not that bad , it’s usually pretty clean, workers display good customer service etc. I just dont like the coffee here. now, granted, coffee is made with water, but for some reason, the coffee here ( hot or iced) just never seems to taste good. It seems ultra diluted . For those work mornings when I need a pick me up with my routine morning coffee, unfortunately I would not make this my go to shop for it.
