I recently had the pleasure of visiting Crisp and Green’s St. Paul location, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The service was prompt and accompanied by a genuinely friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The menu boasts an impressive array of healthy options catering to various tastes. With sincerity I recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy nutritious meals in a welcoming environment. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and attentiveness—it’s genuinely appreciated!

So disappointed AGAiN! I had hoped that the first time I got this bad service it was an anomaly – it was not. See the small portions they gave! My wife commented to the worker asking why our salads were so small- when the worker next to her made full salads. Her excuse was that the dressing settled the ingredients (but only a problem for
Our salads?). Avoid this location!

Idk what it is about this location but they are so much worse than grand. They don’t follow directions on take out. I pay so much money and I’m a repeat customer who tips well when we pickup in person. I have Arfid and I rely on you listening to what I put in my order. The grand crisp is amazing so idk what’s going on here

2 stars for the food. Minus 3 for the service. It’s so painfully slow. I order ahead and the last 3x my food has not been ready at the “promised time” stamped on the app. Tonight they hadn’t even started on my food when I arrived at the exact pick-up time and still took them 10 minutes to make it. Mind you, the store is not busy. There was only 1 other gentleman waiting on food. Honestly, it’s my fault for continuing to give this establishment my money. All I want to do is pick up my food on my way home from work without having to stand around. That’s why I order ahead. And I can’t even have that simple luxury here. The Grande Ave is a little out of the way but would save me time at this rate.

Underwhelming. I felt my wrap was very underfilled. I recently started eating at crisp & green, and found the Caesar crisp wrap to be tremendous! Unfortunately today it was very small. This was my first time at this highland park location. I took a photo of the larger half of the wrap.

Update- much better

I went for a beautiful bike ride around Saint Paul today with my daughter and we stopped at Crisp and Green for some smoothies and were greeted by a worker named Maddy who was so sweet and welcoming to my daughter and me. Even got to chat with her about tattoo ideas ! Will be biking more around here to stop for smoothies! What a perfect Saturday in the city ‍♀️

This is my second time receiving HORRIBLE wild rice from this location. Hard as a rock! I love the Wild Child and have had it at multiple locations across the Twin Cities with satisfaction. But, this location’s wild rice is terrible, along with the food in general being subpar to my experiments at other locations. I will avoid this location moving forward, if I even keep going to Crisp and Green because this is ridiculous. I’m lucky I didn’t crack a tooth when I took my first (and last) bite!

Delicious food, however, the staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked service industry common sense. I waited over 5 minutes to be helped, and finally was served and the employees moved with no purpose and sense of urgency. I would go to any other location but here because you will wait considerably too long.

I love my Crisp & Green, but this location has repeatedly been a bad experience.

Every time I go in, I end up standing there for so long, even if there’s only two customers waiting to order. One person works the counter while 3-4 others keep doing their side work, and it’s rare that someone is actually friendly—usually I feel like it’s an inconvenience I’m even there.

UPDATE: I went in again last night after a workout. I don’t know if the employee took immediate disliking to me because I had some modifications to my order, or if it was because I was in a sports bra, I don’t know. I was friendly, but she was noticeably cold and curt towards me, and then her demeanor completely changed for the next person in line. As for the expensive yet disappointing açai bowl I ordered, I asked for the bananas to be removed and replaced with extra strawberries. The sorbet was completely frozen (to the point where I had to leave it out at home for a while until I could actually eat it), and the kiwi was extremely underripe.

Also, there was one person ahead of me in line, and yet I stood there from 7:04 to 7:22. There were at least three employees, probably more. Ridiculous.

Avoid this one.

Very friendly staff! So nice to get a hello as you walk in the doors. Great suggestions from the workers and amazing selections on the menu. Very filling! I ended up going with the South West bowl. Fresh ingredients not stingy at all on the portions or the dressing. Fresh industrial ambient feel. Plenty of seating. Free parking. Wish we had one in my town.
