I have never had an off experience eating here (dine in). However, often times there are minor hiccups I just overlook. But tonight just blew me! My order was for pickup at 8:00. I ordered at 7:45. I expected hot food because you dont close until 8:30. My meat was definitely refrigerated. It was cold and you can see how solidified the grease is. My broth was warm, which is fine because I usually heat it up when I get home. On top of that, I paid for extra meat and did not get it. I am so disappointed because its closing time. If you’re going to shutdown the kitchen before your closing time, maybe close the option to order online at 7:00 pm.

BUYER BEWARE – Have not eaten here before, was starving so I thought I would try it. Walked in and spoke with a server and explained I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Was shown a QR code to scan for the menu and how to do a remote order so I wouldn’t have to wait inside. (So started off cool). Gave the menu a look over online and made the order. Not long after I, received txt message saying order was received and they were preparing it. (Still cool). I mentioned here that I was hungry…. So checking my phone to make sure I didn’t miss a txt to inform me that my order was ready…… after nearly an hour went back and walked in. Told the same server i was wondering if my meal was done (did i mention at this point i am beyond hangry). Server said, oh your food is here, points at it, then says it’s been ready an hour. I show the txt saying it’s being prepared but no txt saying it’s ready. He says we don’t do that. So i ask how would someone know when to come in and get the food.?? He says it’s usually ready in 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 if it is busy. So i this can serve as a warning to all….. food is fantastic but a bit pricey depending what you order and if you don’t know (now i do) order online and “guesstimate” an average wait time of 15 minutes and then try to get you dinner. Don’t wait an hour like this dummy . 22 dollar food order without drink. They did offer to warm the food up for me though.

Google Maps (and the door) says they close at 9:30. They started turning people away before 9. I was dissatisfied with the portion size of the House Fried Rice, and they wouldn’t let me order more food, so I left hungry. They had us sit down and didn’t tell us how to order or anything (it’s a QR code on the napkin holder). The food did taste good.

Some of the best Pho in Orange Park! I got the P1 Pho (all protein) and it was so delicious, I didn’t need to add any sauce as the broth was also delicious. My friend got the H5 and it was SPICY!
All around amazing food, a hidden gem at the Orange Park Mall.

Should have gone to my usual Pho spots on Normandy blvd and San Jose Blvd..SMH. a waste of time and money IMO…decided to try this place in front of the OP mall and got the biggest bowl of water and minimal beef slices ,beef ball x3 and no tripe at all.
Anyways not sure what I was expecting for “mall” food but thats my take.
Find a better place for Pho.

Visited for lunch. This place gets busy pretty quickly. The food was delicious. Their food manus were big. They offer a big selection of noodles, pho, and boba tea. This place is located at the Orange Park Hall next to TGI Friday.

Stop by this restaurant for something quick and delicious during a Sunday shopping trip to the mall. Ordered 3 different spicy soups, the combination I got is super oily but it does come with very rich flavors.
I went to counter to order my food and drinks. There were 3 tables including mine so that’s not a busy Sunday afternoon. Have no one came and check on us, ending up walking back to the counter and pay for the meal. When asked for a to go box and a small container for the fresh spring rolls my daughters ordered, gentlemen was telling me they are not allow to take the peanut sauce to go. I then told him to keep the spring rolls too and I took off.
This is my first time leaving a restaurant without leaving a tip. I am Asian so I know most of us work very hard but also the first Asian restaurant I went to doesn’t seem like it matters that much.
Over all, will not come back regardless. $79.12 once and ever for this restaurant.

Never had Vietnamese food before and I have to say it turned out nicer than we thought. Took my mom out to lunch and we saw this place at the mall. When you first walk in it looks a bit dark and gloomy but it wasn’t bad. The food was good. My mom got the pork fried rice and I got the porkchop house special, bone in. We got some wings and spring rolls and fried duplings. The dumplings were good but not that satisfying. All in all it we had a nice time.

The Pho is excellent.
