Very disappointed. The majority of the food was cold and not fresh. Sushi was acceptable, but everything else was horrible. Improvement is definitely needed. Won’t be back!

I don’t know who is reviewing this place but the food sucks, it’s bland food has no flavor. My kids didn’t even eat their food, the pho is not pho, the only thing that was tolerable was the wings, and the drinks I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my enemies, save yourself from spending money here just get Taco Bell across the parking lot. you will get the runs, but at least it will taste better and for cheaper. I just went to this restaurant today around 6pm (09-26-24) My family and I usually visit 2-3 times a year, but today was definitely the last! I found a worm on my food, I felt sick to my stomach just thinking of how many I’ve might’ve already eaten. Definitely disgusting and outrageous.

Very disappointing experience. The food was cold and hard, and I found a dead insect with blood under the glass on my table. I showed it to the staff, but they refused to refund me. This is a serious health and hygiene concern, and I do not feel safe eating here. Definitely will not return.

Nice small place, 1st time here and the place is super clean. Food is hot and looks to be made in small batches. My boyfriend loves sushi and is always critical of the sushi he eats and he liked it so for me that’s a good sign. Everything including drinks is self serve so there’s no one is constantly coming to the table so nice as well.

This is a rarely spoken of El Paso classic. This place come under new management recently, but the food has remained delicious. My family and I have visited this place many times over the years, and always enjoy coming. The new additions are tasty, and intriguing. I strongly recommend!

(May 2)Yesterday i got one of the worst food poisoning I’ve EVER had. And all i ate was Sunny’s. What a damm shame 🙁 it was my favorite
*****EDIT***** (MAY 3) THIS HAS GOT TO BE the worst food poisoning I’ve EVER HAD. I am literally struggling to type this. I am screaming in pain. If this doesn’t pass soon, ima have to call an ambulance. Will keep posted
*UPDATE* it’s 10:03 PM, I’ve had stomach cramps all day long, I threw up violently 4 times today and honestly I am so exhausted. Uncontrollable shaking, constipation, can’t sleep. Wake up in pain. I feel like someone has a hold of my intestines and twisting. Parents and husband very worried.
IDK what went wrong. This food was my fav. Now, well, no.
I don’t want to EVER get sick like this again it was total HELL omg
*****EDIT***** (May 4) STILL with diarrhea, cramps, and throwing up. I threw up a little blood. This food has simply too much acid. I’m getting home medical care now. I’ve gotten in contact with my lawyer and will pursue appropriate measures.

The sushi is definitely the star of the show here. A few of the rolls were hit or miss. Some of the rolls fell apart when I picked them up or just lacked flavor. The other food from the buffet looked and tasted old, so don’t bother. The place was pretty clean, but I did see a few flies here and there. You have to get your own drinks instead of them bringing it to the table, so it’s self serve everything. Otherwise, the employees were polite. Even though the sushi was the best thing here, I still wouldn’t come back unless they drop their buffet price or improve the sushi quality.
