I work at Tim Hortons not this location but another location and it really shouldn’t be this hard to place an order and mess up this bad. I went through the drive-thru and asked for two Egg Farmer’s Wraps. I understand it can be tricky to hear through the speaker, so I made sure to speak up — even raised my voice a bit — but the staff still seemed to have a really hard time understanding me. At one point, I was even asked if I wanted a dark roast, which isn’t relatively close to a farmers wraps.
After finally getting my order in, I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line, which felt unusually long, especially since I also work for the same company and know it shouldn’t take that much time. When I finally got my food, I noticed there was bacon in the wrap, even though I specifically asked for just egg and cheese. Luckily, I don’t have any allergies, but if I did, that could’ve been a serious issue. The POS clearly showed “egg wrap,” not “bacon Farmer’s Wrap,” so it was definitely an order mistake.
That said, the food itself was good — I did enjoy it — but the bacon kind of threw it off. Overall, the service and order accuracy definitely need improvement, but the food quality was solid.

This was my first time trying Tim Hortons at this location, and it definitely made for a nice experience. The drive-thru was fast, easy, and the staff was friendly.

My husband and I just went through the drive thru of this location and both ordered lunch items with chicken. We get to the window and are told they only have enough chicken for one of the items, but offered to swap one of them for steak. My husband decided to switch to a different meal as we are not fans of steak. No problem, it happens. We pull away and later realize that they STILL put steak in my wrap after we had a full conversation explaining we didn’t want steak. Neither of us ended up with chicken. Annoying to have paid for a meal I ultimately didn’t get to eat.

I’ve been going to this location for 10 years (when it’s open) and it seems they just can’t understand the concept of LIGHT I CE. I order the same drink the same way and it’s NEVER light ice like I ask.. otherwise The service is good and the Employees are nice witch is why I stayed going there but no more…. I have a stomach issue and can NOT handle my drinks real cold….

This was me and my boyfriends first time trying here, and being a food critic let me tell you what I thought.
We ordered the eggs with spinach and it needs more love, it was dry and needed more flavor like salt perhaps. I couldn’t taste the spinach but the texture of the egg was nice . It wasn’t awful but not great.
The hash browns we’re pretty good and the coffee drinks were just meh, needs more caffeine ? They were just ok.
If you want to try it I would advise maybe trying a different breakfast item but definitely try there hash browns. They were the best out of the whole order. Hope this helps! ☺️

Although they messed up my order the first time on the second go round everything was fantastic. they were very apologetic for putting mayonnaise on my sandwich but I did not want any. Overall I thought it was a good experience.
