EVERYTIME, I place an online order my sub is always wrong!!! I work down the street from this particular subway, so I go there a lot! The workers are rude and one in particular always has an attitude. They try to save on food items and give you less veggies to make it stretch for them. When you order, an ALL-PRO sub do NOT expect to get your double cheese. Especially on an online order. I have given them plenty of chances to get my order correct and it never fails. Even to the point where I only asked for OIL and she proceeds to give me the oil and vinegar mixture. I am fed up with this subway!!!!!!!!!!!

Foot long sub – 3 little slices of tomato, 4 olive slices, 4 cucumber slices, 4 pickles slices. This place is ridiculous. It’s really comical to watch them make a sandwich and skimp so much. I realize they all probably live in the back of the restaurant. I had a good laugh, ate a horrible sub, will NEVER RETURN. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.

Friendly staff. Good food. Just missed the mark on our orders. Didn’t double meat the outlaw sandwich as it should be made. Forgot to give us my daughter’s cookies, even after all three employees repeated and asked what kind of cookies she wanted.

I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden.
However, on my last visit, I’m not quite sure what happened – I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! The last sub did have it’s contents in it though? Instead of putting my spinach and tomatoes onto the multigrain meatball marinara, they put the spinach and tomatoes into a bag and not in the sandwich. That’s LITERALLY all I wanted on the sub – meatball marinara, spinach, and tomatoes.
Soooo, I guess they just didn’t feel like making the last sub. Don’t go when the adults are working, I guess – I’ve never had this problem with the younger staff.

This subway is very unwelcoming if you have more than one sandwich to order by yourself they will dismiss you trying to let them know you need another sandwich so you have to blatantly interrupt them and let them know you need another sandwich and then the process as you have went up at Subway because it’s supposed to be more meat and more cheese. If you ever pay attention to your sandwiches at Subway, you will notice that they are up charging for this extra meat and extra cheese but they’re not putting it on there. I’ve gotten the same sandwich for five years and every subway makes it the same four slices of cheese, six slices of roast beef And they are treating us like we are dumb. Because nobody speaking up and letting them know $24 for two foot-long sandwiches?? No chips no drink no extra meat no extra cheese and it even says 2x cheese. I don’t recommend the store unless you’re going to speak up and make them make it the correct way and they will argue with you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. And will still try to treat you like you’re stupid And not correct it.

My first time in a subway in a while. A lot has changed, several new menu items. I’m not a fan of the new wheat bread; my sandwich was good I just didn’t care for the little seeds in my bread. Their prices have gone up a good bit too, but I think that’s everywhere ♀️ Overall I was satisfied.
