I want to shout out the young black woman that has taken and given me my order through the drive through the last 2 times I have gotten my lunch there. She has such a positive attitude and is so kind and has a smile on her face everytime I have gone through the drive through. It really left such an uplifting feeling mood on me. I don’t usually leave many reviews but it’s the small things throughout a persons day that leave big impacts.(forgive me that I don’t know her name!)

Always clean and inviting. Comfortable seating inside. I enjoy the freestyle machine with its options. Like many freestyle machines it can be empty of things but they usually have what I want.
Drive through can be a little slow at times but that almost always means the food is fresh.
Easy to get in and out of plenty of parking.

I’m not sure what I did wrong, since Im friendly, but Young blonde girl was talking about me through the window. Worked an evening shift. She had another worker hand me my food who was more friendly.
I get it, she was most likely born sometime after the year 2000, and is one of the many younger generation who have no customer service training skills.

This store used to be great 20 years ago. Today, not so much.
I have been here several times this year and every other visit has something that they are out of. Today it was napkins, last month it was breakfast coffee, last week it was cinnamon pieces.

We had gone through drive through and a lady who was working had an horrible attitude , she raised her voice as well. I’m happy that the gentleman (her co worker had to because we seen her talking about us through the window mimd you ) tried to apologize for her but there is no excuse to be talking to customers in that manner . Food was made wrong as well .

First in line in the drive through. Was told someone would be right with me to take my order. Several other cars line up in another lane before someone comes out to tell me that I have to use the other lane, after there were already several other cars in line that showed up after me. Then the associate tried arguing with me saying I should’ve known the lane was closed.

Food was cold and disgusting! Went through drive through waiting 10 mins the cashier tried to hand our order to the car in front of us then once we got to window the girl was all over the place with orders just sitting by the window. And it was only the car in front then us then one more car. Then my son git his kids meal and no toy. Fiery chicken on had a dot of sauce on it. Won’t be back there! Chicken was discussing all the way around.

Everytime my family wants to go here I always know its going to be bad food and someone with an attitude because they work where they work, which is a choice or because of personal life, which I understand but what did I do?. I’m always kind so. And once again its proven. And this is crazy to give to a customer the end of a chicken tender and its not even an inch wide 2 in big. All these wraps were torn pieces of one chicken strip and we got three wraps in total.
