Pleasant outdoor seating. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing our party can say about this spot. If you expect luxury food at a luxury golf resort, you better manage your expectations. Spinach salad for $15 consists of spinach, red onions, fried bacon, and a handful of dried cranberries and walnuts. Not sure in which universe is that called a salad… Hilariously enough we ordered the salad hoping to feed the vegetarian in our party. Staff members seemed annoyed that we dared to order anything to begin with and agresivelly yelled the name on the order when it was ready so we did not even bother to try and return the ‘salad’. This place is fine if it is boiling hot and you want to order a soda. For food, go somewhere else.

It was Father’s Day weekend and this was one of the few places open that was close to where we were staying. It is at the Makai golf course and the food was good. Their menu is not as extensive as a full blown restaurant, but enough to have a great meal and a good mixed drink or beer. The dining is outside, which was great.

Overpriced, very limited menu, the only place to eat is right next to the pickle ball courts and it is noisy. The other patrons, whom I assume were either staying at the resort or members, were quite rude and loud. My sandwich looked like a 3rd grader put it together and I had to take it apart and rebuild it just to eat it. Not reccomended.

Note that I’m reviewing the Grill, not the Pro Shop. The Grill is a walk up window outside the Pro Shop. It provides a basic snack bar menu plus cocktails at the golf course. All the food is to-go. They have about a dozen tables in a very pleasant shaded setting where you can eat. My club sandwich was very basic single-layer toasted white bread. The turkey itself was good but there wasn’t much of it. I enjoyed the salad. I thought the coconut shrimp was ok but my wife didn’t like it much. I think it’s a nice place to eat if you’re golfing or playing tennis there, otherwise I’d look elsewhere.

Very nice selection of resort items in a smaller shop

Sadly this pops up as a restaurant, it is not! It is one walk-up window, on the golf course, with slightly ok food, pricey, maybe that’s for the view. It is not a restaurant, the tables are for pickleball players, golfers after a round and the few people who show up thinking this is a restaurant. We wandered over for a cocktail to watch the sunset and left promptly.

Great place for lunch, outside, great views of the golf course, the mountains, and a peak at the ocean. Service at the counter is great, chicken and fries are crispy and hot… and I can bring my doggy too!

It was loud in the morning as they were running a generator to clean the tennis court. Bacon was way overdone it’s served in to go containers and not very good for the high price.

If you’re looking for a place to eat and you aren’t just passing by because you’re already golfing then just skip it. It’s a food window with a patio. Plenty of better places to go on the North Shore

Nice spot in a gorgeous setting. Happy hour drinks are decent, and menu (for food and drinks) is good, with nice, covered, outdoor seating. My only complaint is their hours of operation – they close early.
