I had an amazing experience at the Jensen Beach US-1 Chick-fil-A drive-through! From start to finish, everything was quick and pleasant. One of their employees, Kennedy, was absolutely exceptional. Her customer service was superb — friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive, even through the drive-through. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I left with a smile. I stopped to grab a quick lunch with my 3 kids and one of my kids ended up dropping her nuggets on the floor. Gisela witnessed this and she came over and picked up the fallen nuggets and quickly offered my daughter a new order and a sincere smile. I am very thankful for her. She was so kind.

Ordered chick fil a deluxe sandwich through one of the delivery partners , the bag came sealed and not tampered with , when I opened the bag and opened the sandwich, it was missing the chicken !!!!! Just the bun , cheese , tomato and lettuce , who would forget the main ingredient in the sandwich which is the CHICKEN !!!!!! worst experience ever !

Last time we went my baby girl didn’t get her nuggets when we got home. I called and they said come tomorrow and they will give it to us. I went a couple days later they asked who I talked to and wouldn’t honor it because I didn’t have the receipt. I was that way a few days after with the receipt and they said it was more than a week. Today I went and now I’m missing one over priced lemonade. The kid said that’s everything and they receipt was in the bag and when I got home I realized it was supposed to be 2 lemonade not 1, the receipt wasn’t in the bag either: I’m getting fed up with the incompetence and unaccountability.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered several meals totaling 30 nuggets which would seem normal to come with two BBQ sauces per meal. After receiving only four sauces, I politely asked for two additional ones. That simple request shouldn’t have felt like asking for a crime.
The employee at the window, Ren (wearing a black uniform shirt), seemed to be having a rough night because she snapped at the young lady in training who asked on my behalf for more sauce. Ren’s response was curt and unprofessional, insisting that I could have only one more, and her attitude made the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.
I didn’t realize that Chick-fil-A’s BBQ sauce came directly out of an employee’s paycheck that’s certainly how Ren made it seem. I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with kindness, respect, and the signature phrase “My pleasure.”Unfortunately, it was clearly not Ren’s pleasure to assist a paying customer that evening.
If Ren holds or is being considered for a management role, I strongly recommend additional training on customer service and professional conduct. A brand built on exceptional service should never make customers feel unwelcome over something as small as a couple of sauces.

We have frequented this location since it opened. It’s so convenient and easy to get in and out of. This location has a nice inside area. The food is consistently fresh. I’ve tried a variety of menu items and haven’t been disappointed. The staff here is fabulous! Everyone is super patient when we dine in and my kids want to order their own meals. They are very friendly in the drive-thru and always have a smile regardless of the weather. I’ve found that the drive thru is very quick and efficient regardless of the length of the line.

Very clean restaurant, friendly service, and great management of the building. What stood out to me is since 2009, their chain still have fresh flowers at the table. Made you feel like you are home. Food was great too.
