After months of talking about it, I’ve finally managed to visit this place and boy howdy was I not disappointed. This location might seem a bit “normal” on the outside but the moment you step foot inside you are transported to a magical wonderland of amazing food and delicious desserts. It’s like a slice of Ireland right here in the USA.
The lunch entrées are phenomenal, every bite was a new experience (even if I burned my mouth a bit on the shepherds pie). The food is well thought out and has so much love put into it.
Now onto the MVP of the meal, the amazing alcohol-infused ice cream treats. It was my first time trying real rum raisin ice cream and it was literally bursting with flavour. The rum soaked raisins are a real treat and the freshly made ice cream is delicious. We had rum raisin, Irish cream pistachio, Irish cream, and sunshine vodka, all delicious.
The staff are friendly and do their jobs well, love the uniforms.
Overall I was blown away by this experience and will definitely return in the near future for more ice cream filled fun!

Went here for lunch and got a panini sandwich and some “Chocolate OMG!” ice cream and it was really good. The ice cream really creamy and right up there with the best I’ve had.
My wife got some of the poffertjes (mini pancakes) with strawberries and whip cream, and those were really good as well. Would definitely recommend this place for lunch, dinner, or just dessert, and I know we’ll be going back many times in the future.

My family really enjoyed the ice cream here. I think this is such a great idea and the flight of ice cream is wonderful because then you can experience a wider variety of flavors. What I thought was going to be my favorite turned out to be my least favorite but was still very good amongst what I had chosen. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of fun. The non-alcoholic flavors were delicious and I really liked they’re butter beer ice cream.

Roll the dice, win every time! Everything we had was delicious! A small but solid main dish menu, and then an extensive and exquisite dessert menu. The 4 ice creams we tried were each phenomenal, where whichever bite you have at that moment is your favorite! Highly recommend.

This is such a cute place!! The ambiance is warm and welcoming. We came here for ice cream only. I like that you have the option to try the flavors before purchasing something you wouldn’t like. I ordered the Alcoholic Chocoholic Sundae. It was amazing!!! Flavors I tried: Irish Coffee, The Buttery Scotchman and the Drunken Oreo. All were good, but my favorite was the Drunken Oreo.
Service was great!! Our server was friendly and attentive. The manager came by to talk to us. I wish this was closer to me. I’d be a regular here. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stop to get a sweet treat or go out on a date. They have a variety of alcohol infused ice cream for adults only ( of course) but there are also choices for the little ones and your pooch. They make doggie ice cream too!

Very good place for lunch or a snack. Good quality ice cream with excellent taste. In addition the flavors are extremely original. The alcohol flavors actually have a kick. Everytime I have eaten at Daddy’s the service has been first class and the staff is very friendly and engaging. Based on my recent visit I understand they will soon have a full liquor license which will add more choices.

Food and spirits good. Waitress may have been overwhelmed as we had to ask 2 to 3 times for each item. Water dessert straws. And brought beer bottle without opening. It was not a twist top. But otherwise I liked this place. I’m a patient person

Really one of the coolest little mom and pop places I’ve seen in the area. The owner is definitely cool and works right along with everyone else shoulder to shoulder
His pride in the business definitely comes through with both the ice cream itself and the decor. The place really is a snippet of Irish culture.
On to the ice cream itself, which was nothing short of amazing. I went with my family of 5 with 3 kids 5 and under. I tried everyone’s ice cream and it was all incredible. The butterbeer flavor was a stand out and rightfully so as it one a nationally recognized ice cream competition a few years back. We also dabbled in the alcohol infused ice cream, which you would think is gimmicky, but really it’s not at all. The flavors are all blended well and really add to the flavor of the ice cream in a great way. Definitely a great place to hang out. I could definitely see someone leaving there with a light buzz just on ice cream, but especially because they serve beer and such as well.
It should be noted that they had a pretty incredible looking menu with crepes, waffles, sandwiches and paninis that all look great and culturally appropriate, but I’ll have to try that next time and report back!8

Nice little place friendly staff and atmosphere. Love the infused ice cream best I’ve ever had. Other places do not compare to Daddy O’Brien’s. Of course they have a good selection of non infused delicious ice creams too. Place is a hidden gem
