About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

The WORST Mazzio’s I have ever stepped foot in…… I love Mazzio’s so when I see one I stop…… I stopped at Sulphur, Ok for the lunch bufett. It was 11:45 am when I got there hardly any people we’re inside.
It’s dirty the floor is dirty the cooks are wearing jeans that are filthy looked like they had been laying under a car working on it for a week and decided to come to work..
The service was bare minimum…. There were 6 employees working but none to be found when needed something.
I sit here and watched two people turn around and walk out because no body come to wait on them then another man just walked behind the counter got him a plate and helped his self.
The pizza was not done the dough was still pretty much dough with some sauce and topping throwerd on it the salad bar was nasty and empty. No pizza to choose from and when asked if they would cook one they said Buffett was almost over…..?? Almost most over at 12 noon?! Seriously!
I get there are 5 people in here but we all paid for a Buffett and we’re are getting slip.

I recently dined at Mazzio’s and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The dishes were fresh, delicious, and served promptly. It’s clear that Mazzio’s takes great pride in both their food and their customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a great meal in a warm, inviting environment!

Daughter and I ordered a lg pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza and wings. The Wings were good, however, the pepperoni and Canadian bacon had a sour taste when ate by themselves. The service sucked, they all had attitudes except for one older lady. The rest of the staff stood around and stared at you. Will not be back!

I did enjoy this restaurant until my last visit. The overall mood of the place was very unprofessional. Employees(?) With no uniform going behind the counter into the kitchen. Much poorer quality pizza on the buffet, old and cold. Salad toppings not filled up. And the worst part for me: the bus person had their cart so close to my table I had to move it to get out to use the restroom. I was the ONLY table in the dining room at that time. I don’t care to have my food splashed with the last tables dirty dish water.
Sorry.
I won’t be back.

Unfortunately, it seems it’s mostly ran by young teens. The order is always wrong and takes about 45 minutes longer than it should. Every time I’ve placed an order it’s been missing half the items. No one apologizes or attempts to rectify the situation. I once asked how far out they deliver and the staff responded, “ I don’t know”. Hate to see this place go downhill.

Our last trip to this location will be our final trip there.I get busy times in food industry. I get it, however this place is mass chaos. The salad bar was a disaster zone. The buffet remained mostly empty. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings. We ordered water but was charged for soda. Our food took over an hour to an hour and a half to come out. They brought out the items separately. Of course the only item the kids could eat was brought out last. The kids were over and done, and after an hour and a half we finally got their pizza. We ended up packing it all up and leaving. We rarely eat out. Spent almost $90 for an AWFUL experience.

GOOD PIZZA, NASTY RESTAURANT. This is one of the nastiest restaurants I have been to in a long time (and we do a lot of traveling). My husband’s drink, half unsweeten tea and half lemonade had an awful after taste. Can be best described as as tastes the way baby diapers smell. There are visible black spots on the floor, that I assume is stuck food. Most of the tables are barely wiped down.
That being said, the pizza we got (the double decker) was quiet good. The good pizza is the only reason why this place is getting 2 starts. The employees are friendly for the most part.

Food was decent but not up to mazzios “normal” standards. Service was absolutely horrible. The lady running the front constantly interrupting us in a rude manner while we were just trying to order. now i understand when you get overwhelmed with other things. But when NO ONE else is in the store, it’s kinda ridiculous. Then as the phone rings, yells as loud as she can to someone in the back to answer it. When no one comes up, she had mumbled some choice words before answering it. Other than that it was overall decent, but not great. Sadly disappointed. Someone save this once great place
