Where do I start. Hot and ready?? How about Hot, 20 mins and wrong item!! I walked in just to grab a quick pepperoni pizza with some crazy bread. I was greeted by a sweet young lady who took my order but then it went downhill from there. All of a sudden some older lady comes crashing in (what seemed all drugged out) bouncing all over the place “helping” customers. All 3 customers that she helped came in (while I was waiting the 20 minutes for my pizza) and brought their items back in because it was wrong. I finally got my order but it was a pretzel pizza and crazy bread that was as hard as a bullet and nothing else on it!! I highly suggest you look into your employee, she’s on something and your losing alot of money from employing her. She did offer to give all the wrong items to everyone.

The order I did over the phone was not the one I got at the store. I decided to redo by buying a regular pepperoni pizza and when we got home it was full of salt to point we had to scrape the salt out in order to eat it! What a shame to treat costumer this way! I don’t recommend anyone to go to the store because of lack of responsibility towards their customers! Evidently, there is no supervision here! Because to sell people food that is not eatable it is unprofessional!

The stuff cheese bread was very mid grade, had now seasoning just chees in dough. Felt more like I was eating stuff crust with no flavor. Was very disappointing

Place went down hill!! Went 2 times in last week and both times order was wrong! Attitude from the employees for asking if someone was on register since it was 4 people in lobby waiting..was told orders come first…horrible experience

It’s amazing to me how awful this little Caesar’s is. The wait times are regularly 30-45 minutes. I seriously have never had an order ready less than 20 minutes than the latest time it said it would be ready in the app. This franchise needs to be taken away from this franchisee. Every single time I go it is like this.
