There are 2 Jack in the Box locations near me, this one being slightly farther away. I will always go to this location for my 5am breakfast! I place my order online and it always hot and most importantly correct when I arrive. The quality of my food and the individuals working here during the early morning hours are way better than the San Juan location.

Had a coupon for a discount a fourain drink. This place had a Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser. I like Freestyle cuz it lets me have Barq’s root beer with no caffeine. Barq’s normally ha caffeine. So it is always a treat for me when it is available with no caffeine. Otherwise, I avoid it.

Absolutely horrible, we just went in and my husband had asked for a number two and they gave him something completelyyy different to add to that when we went in we waited at least 5-10 minutes for someone to actually take our order while people in the back and I’ll say the manager both look at us and said “one minute” yet they just stand there and did nothing. We told them about the mistake in the order and the manager started giving attitude saying that there wasn’t any other to our name nor with what we had gotten and that she can’t do anything unless we take a receipt. Keep in mind we literally had just been there less than 10 minutes ago but no. Very bad service.

Went thru the drive thru at about 11 pm and waited for about 15 minutes for my food, which was 2 orders of tacos and a chicken sandwich and it was only myself and one other vehicle. Very slow and crappy service. Will not be going the anymore.

Yesterday said they did not have a spciy chicken sandwich, which sounds like a serious distribution problem, this is Deep South Texas, running out of spicy food is failure on the most fundamental level.
Today they sold me a spicy sandwich with zero spice. This is not the land of bland, cold chicken, we are a few miles from Mexico. McDonalds puts pepper on their fake chicken that is a better attempt than whatever you call this nonsense!

Customers were waiting to place there order and no one acknowledged us. 2 employees were on there phones instead of working or doing something productive. Soda machine was not working and no one was fixing it until 10 minutes later. Very bad service in this location.

I went in the drive thru and ordered, then I was asked to wait. I waited for 5mins and then spoke to see what is going on.The employee asked for my order again and gave it to her again. I forgot a coffee and had to go in and order a large coffee and I was given a regular coffee (maybe it is a large coffee so check picture). The place was not busy and I forgot why I don’t visit this place anymore. Disappointed on service but food was good.

Came around 8-9pm ish this is the third time the night shift staff took a while with preparing the food and had us park in the front until food was ready. Mind you drive thru was empty.
Ultimately the food tasted bad. Disappointed.
