I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to the Yakima location. I purchased one box of assorted donuts and one glazed donut, but unfortunately, it was not a positive experience.
When I arrived, a staff member was cleaning the kitchen and appeared to be closing the fryers. Although I expected fresh donuts, they tasted old and the glazed were not the same sizes.

Had a very poor experience here, cashier was not very friendly. Ordered a box of donuts only to be told that certain donuts cost more than others. I stated that being charged extra was fine and then after that they gave us the wrong items. The apple fritters had an extremely bitter cinnamon flavor and were burnt. Ended up spending almost $40 for 14 donuts, and most of them were mediocre at best. Filled out a survey with Krispy Kreme and asked to be contacted regarding our experience. No one has ever reach out to us. I enjoy Krispy Kreme over all just not this location at all.

Donuts are unreasonable in prices. It used to be you could at least get deals, but nothing was an option when we were there. Also, half of their case was only their snoopy donuts-which of course cost even more a dozen. This left the selection that was left about 1/4 a case. And I was there 2 hours after opening, so it’s not like they were sold out. 4 dozen low selection donuts were about $70! For 20 years we have made buying donuts on Christmas eve to enjoy Christmas morning a tradition. 2025 is likely the last year we do it.

Donuts were not uniform and very small. Pretty disappointing. Not what I was expecting at all especially for the price. Still tasty though

It was our first time ever at Krispy kreme and I will NEVER GO BACK. Absolutely Horrible service, rude staff, no clean tables, dirty bathrooms, I witnessed staff cursing out one another and arguing about who’s turn it us to get the customer, while I sat with my small children for a donut. I don’t recommend the Santa belly donut nor do I recommend taking small children to this establishment. I’m so disappointed in Krispy Kreme.

Such an absolute disappointment….
It was my son’s 12th birthday, so a friend recommended go there for a free Bday donut! There was a young, tall kid working who was absolutely despicable and SHOULD NOT BE WORKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He told my son & his grandma “he has to get the app” and of course my kid’s phone was dead. So they leave, went home to charge his phone and returned a couple hours later having added the app, plus created an account. So same kid when my 12 year old son & his Grandma returned. They walk-in and his Grandma says “he put the app on his phone, does he get a free donut?” The kid stood there mute and dumbfounded, said not 1 word, so she mentioned that on the door it says he does. So in a snooty voice he replied “you get 3!” So he boxed them up and asked, again in a rude tone, anything else? And they said yes, purchasing a donut for his Grandma too. “ANYTHING ELSE?!”, he said 1 more time.
Maybe do some house cleaning or offer customer service training, because they did not deserve that! It’s a kid and his Grandma, so of all people. Smh☹️

Great donuts! Would have given 5 stars if coffee wasn’t so strong. Mentioned it to staff, but they said that they were not very familiar with how coffee should taste. As this is a key product to serve with donuts, management should do mandatory training until all front staff can make consistent coffee even with their eyes closed.
