Social Profile:

Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Quiet area with not much foot traffic. We ordered and got our food extremely fast, like less than 5 minutes. We were the only customers, which is surprising for a Saturday night. The workers were very friendly and brought the food to our table. I got the beef bowl and I felt you got a decent amount of food. I poured some magic sauce on it, similar to soy sauce, and it was good.

Nice atmosphere, very quiet. Staff is very friendly. I got a regular bowl with chicken, rice and veggies. The veggies included carrots, cabbage and broccoli. They let you customize if you don’t like certain veggies.

As always my chicken plate was very yummy. I like chicken with brown rice and mixed vegetables and avocado. I love mixing the red hot sauce with the dark sauce. It tastes so good together but it’s very spicy.

This was one of the fastest, freshest, and most budget-friendly meals I’ve had in a while. With their $7 happy hour, I only wish I lived closer!

The chef provides some quality, healthy dishes with wonderful orange teriyaki option.

I enjoy and really appreciate their chicken, vegetable, and brown rice bowl topped with two and a half wonderful magic sauce. I appreciate the good amount of cabbage with the vegetables.

I really wish to try their sweet orange chicken with fully cooked, very soft vegetables. Also, I really wish the chef could incorporate in a nice bowl brown rice, vegetables, orange chicken, avocado, and magic sauce. I request their nice and refreshing orange side.

Lastly, I really wish for the inside to become more beautifully personalized.

Very Good!! This was at the Tapestry Park Circle location. I ordered the chicken bowl with rice. This was my first time visiting Flame Broiler. The chicken is very tasty. They put it on top of a bed of rice and cabbage with a side of coleslaw. It was more than enough to eat with leftovers for the next day. Also the price wasn’t bad at all. Overall it was a great experience. A nice place to go if you want a break from greasy fried food. My one single complaint was that the inside of the restaurant has very limited seating. Not a big deal. We will be back.

Meh. Like food court fast chicken. If you try it, just get a regular. Salad = cabbage with a few shreds of carrot.. Vegetables = cabbage with a few pieces of carrot. Fresh fruit = 1/2 orange. Unfortunately, I don’t eat coleslaw or steamed cabbage. Expected salad. Expected fresh vegetables.

I usually love flame broiler, but I decided that I will no longer be a loyal customer!!! my chicken was ordered well done, but it was past the well done stage. Heck, the nutritional value was consistent with a lump of coal! Every single piece was black, crunchy and bitter. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was old meat that’s been sitting out on the grill and forgotten to be cleaned off . You might as well advertise it as eating charcoal!!!!!

If you want good and healthier food, this is the best “fast food” option out there. Simple ingredients and good food! I took off a star because the only sauce that is worth anything is the magic sauce. All of the other sauces are just not good and are all spice. I tried the spicy Korean chicken bowl and it was hard to enjoy it because it seems like they use one of those awful sauces on it. I can take spice, but this was just hot and no good flavor underneath it. My only other complaint is that I wish they used extra firm tofu and a shrimp option would be nice! But the chicken and steak are delicious as long as you stay away from anything but the magic sauce!
