They cancelled my order with no explanation. I called and they told me I had to order delivery from another store. Employees kept telling me they don’t delivery to me anymore, even though the app and website will only let me select them for delivery and it tells me they’re the only ones who can deliver to me. I’ve ordered from here multiple times with no issues, but all of a sudden they can’t delivery to my apartment anymore, even though for the past couple months and let alone a week ago they could. They couldn’t give me an answer on that, kept dodging the question, repeatedly put me on hold, and provided no solution. Great waste of my time!

It’s a medium size dominos with a huge open concept kitchen. There are a lot of guys working here. They are very efficient and they certainly know what they are doing. We can watch them prepare the dough and put it in the oven and then get it out. The food is ready very fast. We got the 8-piece pepperoni stuffed cheese bread. They are well done and delicious. The staff are courteous.

I’ve ordered pizza from this place many times, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Last time, when I came to pick up my already-prepared pizza, the staff member turned away and started taking a phone order, even though I arrived before the call — and I had to wait about 10 minutes. On my most recent visit, I found a long black hair in my pizza.
On top of that, when I ordered online, they charged me an extra $5 tip even though I gave a cash tip to the delivery driver.

The pizza is good, but the service is terrible. It’s clear that the people who work there are unhappy and end up taking it out on the customers. After many days of bad service, the last one was the worst. We went in to pick up our pizza, and there were two other customers also waiting. The server handed over their pizzas, but when it was time to give me mine, she simply turned her back and went to get other pizzas out of the oven. Only after packing up all the other pizzas did she come to give me mine, showing total disregard for the customer. Lamentable.

Staying at a Disney resort hotel. Call at 12 am to see if they can deliver because it says they are open untill 1 am. They tell me yes they can but it will take 3 hours to deliver. For that just close earlier and dont offer delivery after a certain time. Business model makes no sense for the consumer

If you’re staying at a Walt Disney resort like Caribbeen, Domino’s refuses to deliver to your building, and you have an 8-10 minute walk, so if it’s 5-10 degrees, you’ll have to eat it cold. Really awful service, order elsewhere.

If you are hungry, I recommend ordering anything else than from here. It is ridiculous that you get a promise time of 30-45 mins but end up waiting over 1.5 hrs and when you try to report an issue on the app, the function is disabled. This is the last time I’m ever ordering from this place.
