I had a beautiful dining experience at Bourbon Steak inside the Four Seasons Georgetown. Although it’s known as a steakhouse and my client truly enjoyed his steak, I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the vegetarian options were.

I ordered the truffle mac and cheese and it was outstanding — the pieces of black truffle were rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. I also tried the mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and beet salad, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. As a vegetarian, I felt completely satisfied and well taken care of, which is not always the case at steakhouses.

Beyond the food, the overall experience was exceptional. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. The ambiance felt elegant yet welcoming — almost like being in a refined but cozy family setting. Even the small details, like the lotion in the restroom, reflected the quality and care behind the experience.

Walking there in the beautiful Georgetown weather and enjoying such a well-curated meal made the evening feel abundant and special. I left feeling satisfied, grateful, and truly impressed.

Highly recommend — whether you’re going for steak or vegetarian options, the experience delivers.

The service was simply spectacular. The attention from start to finish was outstanding, highly professional, and very consistent. Although steaks are clearly their specialty, the fish I ordered was exceptional, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The overall experience was top tier in both service and quality. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to the bar several times and recently had the chance to have dinner. WOW! All the drinks and dishes were incredible. One of the best meals I’ve had in DC. The staff are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely family lunch to celebrate the New Year. Our server Andrew was attentive & proficient. He took note of food allergies for 2 of our party. All the food came out hot and cooked to description. My husband & I had been to Burbon Steak in Nashville, TN but this was our 1st time at the Washington DC location. We all enjoyed our dishes and sides. Four Seasons hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season

So absolutely amazing. Was in for a conference. If you have light lunch and only want a salad with a protein, they are incredible and I am typically not a “salad” guy. Later the next day or two, we had an event there and got to sample many items. Oh my, so good. Cannot begin to describe…well worth the visit and would go again in a moment. Again, photos are from an event, not a sit down in the restaurant, but food is completely top tier.

Reserved for 50th Birthday Dinner. They left a special note signed by people I’m not familiar with. Our waiter was pretty mid. Checked on us rarely/not often enough for my liking. Food was great. Everything was tasty. Some pricing was crazy and some pricing I understood. 2 scallops for $32 was the craziest, but they were the best tasting scallops I ever had, though. That Australian 6 oz steak was the softest steak I ever had cooked to perfection. The bone marrow was better the next day when I put it in the oven and added some salt.
The atmosphere was very smug and I did not feel that I belonged there. It was political DC, not regular life DC.
The drinks were nice. Valet parking was $30…Tipped an extra $20. Bill was $450…gave a $100 tip. So say about $550/$600 total. She was happy, so I was good. Just my personal notes of how it went.
Side note – What was all that Black Symbolism about? I would like to know one day. Virtue Signalling much??

For my boyfriend’s birthday, we celebrated with a romantic dinner at Bourbon Steak in the Four Seasons Hotel, DC, and it was an unforgettable experience.
We opted for valet parking ($30 for 2 hours), which made our arrival easier.
Our server, Muz, was exceptional–attentive, warm, and spot-on with recommendations for starters and drinks, especially since it was our first visit.
We chose the bone in cowboy steak, which was perfectly crusted and cooked to perfection. The bacon-infused creamed corn and Brussels sprouts were perfect sides, rich yet balanced. For a sweet touch, the staff surprised my boyfriend with a light raspberry sorbet cone and a signed birthday card from the entire team, making the night extra special.
Bourbon Steak delivered a flawless blend of luxury, flavor, and heartfelt service. Highly recommend for a memorable celebration!

Absolutely amazing dining experience with friends. All the food was delicious and the service was over the top. Being our first time there our waiter made sure we had a memorable evening. The chef prepared a french fry sampler as I mentioned the reviews said their fries were a must have.

My wife and I had a great time at the Bourbon Steak! We made reservations and was seated within 10 minutes of checking in. The ladies at the front were very nice and beautiful (didn’t get her name, but she was talland brown skin).

We were seated and the only thing negative I can say is the seats we sat in were way too close to the people next to us. We could hear every detail of their conversation, which was annoying. Especially if the guy next to us is doing a horrible job on his first date with this young lady. It was cringe.

Our server was very nice and super busy, but he made it work! The other servers assist your server in making sure your cup is always full and if you need anything. They understand this is a popular place and everyone needs to help one another.

I ordered the 14 oz. New York Strip. This was good and plentiful! I ordered the classic bourbon for a drink, it was well-balanced and good. My wife ordered the lab chops with potatoes, she was quiet most of the time so that means it was good lol

I recommend this steak house!

Was disappointed especially since this restaurant is inside of such a luxury hotel brand. We were not impressed at all with our food or drinks. First & last time. When we walked up to our booth we noticed how outdated the decor was. Our table had visible scratches on the top. Maybe they should cover tables for a better feel. The restaurant was loud. We thought we were going to have a romantic intimate dinner. The grilled salmon presentation was not good and way overcooked..
