Our veggies are sliced and diced fresh every day. Our chicken is seasoned, dipped, and crisped with our homemade batter you can’t find anywhere else. You’ll definitely wanna stop in to this burger, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and salad location. It’s got that sit down inviting atmosphere clean interior friendly staff delicious freshly made food but at the price point of fast food food, which is pretty amazing.
The burgers did not taste frozen tasted fresh. It’s not a Smashburger patty. It’s the juicy plump burger patties the avocado that was added on the bacon and avocado sandwich was fresh had a good texture to it. The chicken sandwiches were moist and flavorful not dry at all, the sauces are next level if you enjoy that with your burger or fries or tater tots, the chicken tenders came out hot and freshly prepared. The batter outside shell is soft but yet crunchy.
Parking lot is large as it does share it with the Kroger gas station, and the other retail stores around the corner
Definitely found my next place to get a burger. This is a phenomenal location. Look forward to going back.

I recently visited Jaggers in Katy, Texas and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered a burger and it was juicy and cooked perfectly. My buddy ordered the chicken sandwich and said it was just as good. The fries were also cooked perfectly and everything came out quick.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. I had the chance to speak with the owner, Andy, and he was extremely humble and down-to-earth. It’s always nice to see an owner who genuinely cares about the restaurant and the people coming in to eat.
The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Jaggers only has a limited number of locations across the United States, and after eating here it’s easy to see why they’re growing.
If you’re in the Katy area and looking for a great burger or chicken sandwich, I definitely recommend stopping by Jaggers. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Jaggers in Katy, TX was fantastic! We ordered the grilled chicken Cobb salad and the bacon cheeseburger, and both were excellent. The Cobb salad was fresh, hearty, and perfectly balanced, with juicy grilled chicken and generous toppings. The bacon cheeseburger was cooked just right—flavorful, juicy, and topped with crispy bacon that really made it stand out.
The food came out quickly, everything tasted fresh, and the overall experience was exactly what you want from a casual spot done well. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

Burger reminds me of jack in the box ultimate cheeseburger. Tater tots you don’t get much. Over all its ok.

Finally tried this place out and I’m glad I did! The burgers are freshly made and super juicy—definitely a step above the usual fast food spots where the meat tends to be dried out from sitting around. For a fast food joint, I really enjoyed it.
I do wish they offered more fry options besides the shoestring style. Also, I ordered the Sunshine Burger and asked for my egg over easy, but it came out fully cooked, which was a bit disappointing.
Still, the overall experience was solid, and this might just become my go-to fast food restaurant from now on.

This place is great! I’m not a big burger eater but had a taste for 1 and didn’t want a flat, salty burger from a fast food place. Got a bacon, avocado double cheeseburger, side salad and a drink on Sat. Everything was perfect and SO GOOD I got a Swiss cheese & mushroom burger on Sun! Sun I decided to treat myself and got tater tots, side salad, drink & the brownies (you get 4). All of that for $20 AFTER taxes. Everything again was perfect. I’ve spent almost that much for just a sandwich & a side. Middle pic shows Sunday’s food along with the receipt. Order from here and you will NOT be disappointed. My next order is going to be a chicken sandwich and their Cobb salad.

First of all, super friendly staff (waves to Amber!). They didn’t bat an eye at my special request. The burgers had a TON of flavor seasoning wise. Cooked fantastic. The chicken tenders were probably the best I’ve ever had at a fast food place – not overcooked and dry like at most other places. The fries are crispy and tasty. I don’t know what they season the tater tots with but *CHEF’S KISS* – they were so good. The Jagger sauce was good. The first thing we tasted in it was ketchup but it quickly changed into a unique sauce flavor with a tiny bit of kick after the fact. We had asked for ketchup but ended up using only the Jagger sauce. We got shakes after and they did not disappoint – super thick. Clean place and the food came out super fast. We will definitely be back.

We went for lunch and had the seasonal korean bbq sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich with tots. We also had some chicken strips. It gives fast food vibes but has lots of seating. The food was delicious. The Korean bbq sandwich was a little spicy and a little sweet. The spicy sandwich was spicy but in a good way. The stripes were soooo good. The jaggers sauce was peppery and complimented the strips perfectly. Food seemed very fresh.

I went for lunch today and had a fantastic experience. I was blown away by the food quality, and the service. I got a bacon cheese burger, and ended up chatting with who I think was the manager for a bit – as it was my first time. A chicken tender and milkshake later, I can speak to a lot of the food now.
The Burger – perfectly seasoned and cooked. Delicious bun, delicious, toppings. Everything fresh off the grill with quality ingredients
The fries – perfect crisp with a lovely seasoning. I’m a stickler for good fries and these will keep me coming back
Chicken tender – OMG that breading? The cream gravy? Where has it been all my life. I’ll be getting the family packs of tenders in the future
The milkshake – Oreo shake. Perfectly mixed, the oreo still had the crisp of freshness. Has the nice thick straws you get at a boba place.
The price – I got a Burger combo with Fries and a drink for $14 after tax. I’ve spent a lot more and had a worse meal

This is now in my rotation! Give it a shot – you wouldn’t know it’s owned by Texas Roadhouse – but it’s that excellent quality food that you can expect. Give this place a shot

The hamburgers were good, though a little too cooked for my taste, they turned out a bit dry and could’ve used a bit more flavor. On the bright side, the fries were amazing, super crispy and well seasoned, the tater tots were also a hit… As for the chicken strips, they were okay.
