What an awesome place! My girlfriend and I came in for our anniversary, and what a lovely place for date night. We were promptly seated by I assume one of the managers. That guy was remarkable, very personable, friendly, I never saw him not interacting with guest or serving someone.
Our sever was Holly, she was so sweet! There was never a moment we weren’t offered more bread, our drinks never spent a minute low, she constantly kept the table neat and clear of used plates. Not to mention she was very professional and friendly.
The food was delicious, it came out quick was plated beautifully and tasted great. The portions I thought were extremely fair given it is a little on the pricier side. But given the portions, great tasting food, and very nice atmosphere it’s undoubtedly worth it.
The thing I was the most impressed with was how the staff truly made it feel like they were excited to serve you. Everyone there was friendly and professional making it very obvious they all take much pride in their work. Non of them looked miserable just being there, and it really made a world of difference compared to eating at chain restaurants.
I will definitely be coming back to enjoy this place, it made our anniversary very special you should most definitely check it out for date night!

Adoro Dolce Vita! We had a delectable dining experience along with impressive portions and a great variety of dishes. Chef and owner Bruno provides an inviting and cozy, yet festive ambiance. I had an outstanding experience at Dolce Vita. Our waiter, David, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made the meal even more enjoyable. The owner personally visited each table, which made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming.
The food was incredible. The Chicken Parmesan and Gnocchi Bolognese were both easy 10/10 dishes. The garlic rolls, made in-house, were fresh and absolutely delicious.

This place is a shocker. I would not have expected great food and I definitely got it. If you are visiting HSV you must come to eat here. Waiters were friendly and food was phenomenal. Only recommendation I would have is- bring HOT bread out. That would make it extremely phenomenal meal. Owner walked around spoke to folks. It was a pleasure get great food not having to drive 35-45 minutes one way

The staff was all very welcoming. Including the owner/chef who went out of his way to greet his customers at their table. The waiters were all very sweet. The food was all good. I had 5 people in my party . 4 out of 5 of us really enjoyed our meal. The only one that didn’t satisfy was the raspberry grilled chicken salad which could use some improvement on the chicken and add more Gorgonzola. But besides that our salads and soups were great. The calamari was amazing and the Bolognese meet sauce was truly authentic. All around good experience. I will absolutely go back. I will recommend to others without hesitation.

Wow! The flavorful food, portion sizes and service were amazing! I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was the best sauce I have had! Very flavorful and balanced. My husband had a red sauce dish with jalapeños and sausage (Sausage Murphy) and he is very picky about his pasta. He couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the flavors were! We also ordered dessert and it was great! While you dine, they give you these amazing bread rolls with a spread that is fantastic. They keep bringing you bread and keep your drinks full. They were very attentive! The restaurant is close to the Coronado fitness center in Hot Springs Village. It has a good Italian feel with music playing in the background and TVs with different locations/views of Italy. If you live in the village or outside the village…you have to go! So, so good!

My wife and I got carry out of two lasagna dinners with upgrade on salad to Greek salad. Total price of $68 for just ok food. The lasagna was not that good and was like heated up leftovers. The Greek salad look like they dumped a small side salad in a container and sprinkled a few olives and feta on it. Not at all what you would expect for $68. I went to the restaurant the next day and complained about the quality and price and the manager acted like he could care less. The prices on their website are not updated so be careful. The pasta is $22 and the upgrade to a Greek salad was full price. I told him we would never come back and he just shrugged his shoulders. If you want real Italian food where they care about customer service go to Little Italy in Hot Springs. The cooks and Manager at Dolce Vita are thinking no one in the village can go anywhere else and have gotten lazy.

Wonderful lunch experience had with friends who told us hands down that this was the place to be for authentic Italian. Bruno, the owner and chef, greeted us promptly and was very hospitable and engaging. The food was amazing with just the right amount of seasoning and the portions were reasonable for the money. Bread and pastas are all home made, too. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
