I come here so often with family and I love it every time! We have our go to orders but I like to switch up once in a while especially if I feel like trying a new menu item. Servers and staff are always friendly and super helpful, the atmosphere is always the best, very loud and good music.

My favorite Thai place in Redlands! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is almost better. We went on a Friday night, and were able to put our name in for a phone call. During our wait time, we walked around downtown, and we got 5-10 minutes after we were called to make it back to the restaurant for our table. Service was amazing, and the food came out quickly and piping hot. My favorite place to sit is the bus in the back next to the chicken wall, but there’s a moderate amount of seating throughout the restaurant and at the bar. My favorite items to order are their sticky rice, fried pork belly, pad see ew, and peanut noodles.

I was greeted and seated quickly at the bar. I got a Thai coconut coffee and drunken noodle with chicken. The place was very busy and the bartender was doing her best to keep up with everyone. The Thai coconut coffee was good, for some reason the coconut whipped cream was a little salty. The noodles, veggies and chicken in my dish were cooked perfectly. The vegetables still had some crunch to them the chicken was tender and the noodles kept their shape and we’re not overcooked. They had some drinks I’d like to try sometime and I really want to try the fried chicken sandwich with the papaya slaw. I would definitely recommend and this was recommended to me by two different people and I’m definitely going back.

OMG! This place was amazing. It more than exceeded my expectations. Everything was phenomenal and the fried egg rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had. The tom kha soup was also out of this world and it’s literally one of my favorite dishes to get at Thai food places! Not only was the food to die for so was the decor and cocktails. The cocktail options are almost too overwhelming to choose from every last one sounded divine. I will 1000% be returning.

I love this little gem in Redlands. Tasty food and a great atmosphere. The back has a “quieter” section since this place gets busy in the evening. The curry is to die for, as well as the mushroom, and fried tofu appetizer. Casual, and inviting. Give it a try whenever you’re in the area

Impressively good, finally something in Redlands that’s not a complete let down.
It’s a vibe in here, Asian street food bustling environment.
Service is no frills friendly and attentive.
The food is phenomenal, I don’t eat a ton of Thai food but I will be working my way through the menu.
The cherry on top, the pricing is super reasonable.
Restaurants in Redlands are typically not good, or over priced.
This is the perfect blend – killer spot, especially for Redlands, but it could hold its own anywhere.

I recently stopped by Aroi Mak Mak and had a great experience. I decided to try their coconut soup and pad Thai, and paired them with a Singha beer and a Thai iced tea. Everything was delicious. The coconut soup was creamy and packed with flavor, perfect for warming up. The pad Thai had just the right amount of sweet and savory, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.
The Singha beer was super refreshing, and the Thai iced tea was sweet and smooth—just what I needed. The service was awesome too. The staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed without being pushy. It’s always nice when the people working there are on top of things and make you feel welcome.
The atmosphere at Aroi Mak Mak is really cool, too. It’s got a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to kick back and enjoy your meal. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a longer meal, the place feels welcoming and comfortable.
I’ll definitely be back to Aroi Mak Mak to try more dishes. If you’re in the mood for some tasty Thai food and good drinks, this place is worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed!

A fantastic casual mom and pop Thai spot! They offer tables and a bar area. And if you want, they even have a tuk tuk in the back of the restaurant that you can sit in as well. The service is prompt and friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes to share among the three of us. Everything was excellent. All of our food came out in a timely fashion. The flavors were authentic and spice levels were correct. I highly recommend this spot for quality Thai food.

I enjoyed the vibes/decor. But the food? Meh.
The fried mushroom just tasted like overly fried batter and the sauce didn’t taste like much at all. I was expecting more flavor given it was called a mango garlic aioli.
The khao soi didn’t have the depth of flavor I was hoping for. Texture of the fried tofu and the noodles were good, though. But the curry itself tasted mostly only like the mustard greens. I don’t hate on pickled mustard greens – I enjoy them and I think it adds flavor profile and it’s even healthy – but for the curry to taste only like that? I ate it, but I didn’t think it was good. I didn’t think it was terrible. It was “meh”.
You’d enjoy this place if you’re mostly there for the vibes. Or for the plants. They had an insanely tall monstera and fiddle fig that literally reached to the roof.
