Got the Chicken Birria Tacos & Steak Birria Tacos. Food tastes fresh and the steak was well seasoned.
Chicken could have used a tad bit more seasoning. But overall very good and very affordable. Will come again!

At first I thought Adobo was a Filipino restaurant but then when I read it closer it’s a Mexican food place. When I finally got inside I didn’t expect the workers resemble Shahs halal. Jokes aside this place is like Chipotle (not even a real Mexican restaurant but westernized version) but better taste and quality! First time ordering and I sat to eat. I ordered cilantro lime rice with steak and grilled chicken. The portion of the meat is huge. I asked for half and half but it seemed like he gave me full and full! I didn’t expect the taste is better, way better than chipotle. Fresh rice not undercooked like chipotle lol. Fresh everything even the sour cream is not thick. The serving portion I got is like for two people not one. I couldn’t finish one burrito bowl can eat for next day lunch. I also ordered guacamole and chips crunchy and good! The only thing is it’s kinda cold inside to sit. I gave this place 5 stars ⭐️ because they deserve the recognition. People need to come here. Everywhere I go any establishments I draw people in! If I walk in an empty restaurant not even a minute later people come in one by one.

Note: they don’t serve pork here that’s one thing I was looking for tha chipotle has carnitas

Shimza and Aman were both so sweet and had amazing customer service. From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, kind, and attentive. They always had smiles on their faces and made sure everything was perfect for us. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and take pride in their work. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. Their positive energy really made the whole experience even better. I love Adobo and come here all the time, but today was so sad for me, my bowl was 300 grams lighter than my friend’s… that’s basically missing a whole meal!!! We ordered the exact same thing, even weighed it (because we couldn’t believe it, and yes we are those kind of ppl). Told the staff but nothing was done, so I left 300 grams sadder. Still love you guys. just please keep the portions consistent. Thanks. See pics for evidence.

Really good place for halal Mexican food , the grilled chicken bowl is amazing. Would really recommend it. The atmosphere is nice, service is very good. Employees are welcoming, and friendly. Shoutout to shimza, one of the best employees I’ve seen there yet, good service, good attitude, and always has a smile on her face. ( the food spot in Yonkers has better customer service than the one in hillside Ave Queens)

The Avalanchilator

The food is excellent, and feels fresh, at a fair price. The service is great too. They even offer sodas with proper ingredients instead of standard American chemicals. The interior needs some help, but it’s spacious enough for multiple parties of people to sit comfortably. Very few complaints right now.

Compared to other Halal food places, depending on what you order, it feels the healthiest for the price you pay.
