Thank you for outstanding service. I was stuck for over 2 days at the Love’s Truck Stop and I even had breakfast food in the truck but Danielle did such a great job with my Breakfast burrito I wanted that experience again and she delivered a second day the same as the first. Brigette took my order with a smile both mornings and was always very friendly and helpful thanks for a excellent experience. The dining room was very clean and inviting just an overall great experience. Keep up the great job and see you next time I’m driving through El Reno. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Shannon is outstanding. Tonight is HALLOWEEN and she is running the show with 1 other front counter person. The restaurant is clean and presentable and she’s FAST on the prep. She’s very professional and courteous too!

This is the second time that the assistant manager Morgan Wood has gone above and beyond to make a customer feel important. We were patiently waiting at the front counter to have our order taken. She was on the way in to start her shift and stopped to take care of us. This is the customer service that we need to return in America. Great job Morgan.

Ordered a burger combo with an order of jalapeño poppers. When I got to my truck there were no fries.. I do not recommend this location. What I do recommend is that you check your order. I did not feel like walking back in to the store. The three ladies there were too busy in their gossip and not. Paying attention to the orders

Don’t let the presentation fool you. Great food and service. Enjoyed myself, though it’s a truck stop and gets busy. Food came out in a timely manner. Didn’t feel crowded even though people walked by continuously.

Showed up at 5pm, waited at speaker for 5 minutes before someone took the order (keep in mind I’m the only car in line) then finally roll forward after order was taken to wait 16 more minutes with no one even bothering to let us know what was going on.
The wait is most of the time not the issue, it’s the way the crew handles the problems, when you try to hide and run from the customer instead of take accountability you make things FAR WORSE as they did today (Friday May 28th, 2021 at 5pm- 5:30p)
Totally not acceptable. You only get 2 stars because the food came out half way decent. Management team please train better than this!
