Edit: The garlic seasoning was left off again. Removing another star. Just tired of the lack of attention to detail because it makes a difference. Food was still fresh and hot but just not everything my company was wanting because the crust is what sets it apart honestly.
The last couple of times we have picked up, the food has been slightly lacking. Our pizzas did not have the garlic seasoning on the crust a few times (plain in photo); or only one of 2 or one of 3 did on a couple of different orders lately. Spinach was left off the previous time. The staff are polite and helpful, however, the quality control could use a little work. Overall, this store does a decent job and the food is always fresh even when it’s not quite how it was ordered. The store was slammed today when we stopped by, so it’s understandable to miss a couple of little things.

The staff were adequate but the food were horrible and management. I return the food the manager asked me what time were the food purchased and once I told her approximately the time. She stated that they only keep customer receipt for two hours and after that you out of luck and walked away as if my $ 40.00 dollars purchaser was nothing.

It’s a shame when I go back to write a review and just 2 year ago this store received 5 stars in everything. We spend almost $70 if not more every time we come to dominos about 2 times a week. I am tired of the last several times coming and the food is burned up and not edible. Honest to God this is one of the five cheese dips I tried to stir up and it hardly had any in it and burned up what was in it. I called to complain; because I am so tired of paying for this food! The manager wouldn’t even respond when I asked her what she suggested. I thought we were disconnected. Then she responds and said, “maybe you should call in to tell them to take it out sooner that they are all timed with a specific timer.” I have had this dip not be burned up and I have had it burned up. This isn’t how it should look by stirring it. By the way not one bite taken. We will not be back

Save your money and go to Papa John’s. The staff has I don’t give a crap attitudes. My pizza that had onions mushrooms and black olives on it only had 8 black olives on the whole dang pizza. Just ridiculous. Olives are the cheapest topping to put on a pizza but yet I only got 8 little slices of olives on my pizza.

Really good customer service. I enjoyed my curbside pickup service. I am kind of disappointed I got burned pizzas! I got the cheese for my kids and they don’t like to see any burned food . Even the pepperoni pizza was a little too burned. I also had an order of stuffed cheesy bread. Loved the cheesy-ness however the dough was slightly under cooked and that took away from the overall deliciousness of the stuffed cheesy bread

I wish there were negative stars I could choose! My boyfriend and I will never order from this domino’s again. This is the second time they’ve messed up our order. Tonight, he ordered a pizza online more than an hour ago and then called to check on it. They tell him there are 9 orders ahead of him asked if he wanted to come pick it up instead of them delivering it. It’s 9 pm, who wants to get out if bed to go get food that was supposed to be delivered! We live three minutes from the store! Then look at what they gave us ♀️ HORRIBLE!!

Ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. There were big burnt bubbles over have of the pizza. Also ordered buffalo specialty chicken. It was basically cut up chicken pieces sitting on top of burnt cheese. The chicken had to be pealed from the burnt cheese in order to eat it. I should have checked my items before leaving the store. That’s my bad; lesson learned. But I also know that workers are trained to know which pizzas are acceptable for customers and which ones are not. Customer service was average.

Use to be a great place but the last 10 or so times I’ve ordered from this location there has been absolutely no sauce on the pizza. It’s like they just put cheese on top of dough and that is it. I ordered cheese bread from this location last night and it was just bread. No cheese at all I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but at this rate I would not recommend it.

Ordered pizza last minute and put no garlic sauce on one pizza. The food was made quickly, and they were boxing as we walked in, but they put the garlic sauce on the pizza. When I checked it and told them they had messed up, not one person said a word. I noticed the same pizza coming out of the oven and asked the guy giving me my change if I could trade out since it wasn’t correct. He asked to whom I assumed to be the manager, and he said no because it was a large. He offered to remake mine, and I said no, that I didn’t want to wait for it. The lady boxing the pizzas said she was going to remake it but didn’t realize we would be there so soon. So, why not say something when the problem was confronted? She deliberately waited until the manager offered to remake and then used our “early” arrival as a reason to not do so. I don’t order from here often for good reason.
