The toppings are fresh and generously portioned, and the specialty pizzas are thoughtfully crafted rather than overloaded. Whether you stick with a classic or try one of their signature pies, the combinations feel intentional and well balanced. The cheese is melted just right with great texture and taste. The Thalia specialty was the bomb, Sliced pears crumbled goat cheese and fresh basil & prosciutto…. And the pepperoni pie chef’s kiss!

My husband and I have had a lot of good pizza over the years, but Bahler Street Pizza truly rivals the best pizza we’ve had anywhere. Authentic Italian, wood-fired pizza made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, outstanding sourdough crust, and bursting with flavor. The menu selection is excellent, with plenty of delicious options, both traditional and unique gourmet pizzas We tend to prefer more traditional pizza and ordered the Queen of Hearts, which was phenomenal.
The staff was warm and welcoming, and one of the owners even came over to our table to ask what we thought, which was such a nice personal touch. You can tell the owners take great pride in what they’re serving and have real passion behind the food and their restaurant. We’ll definitely be back very soon and look forward to bringing family and friends with us.

I did not eat at the restaurant so this is a review based off of the food and service. I had to come and leave this review because the pizza was burst in your mouth with flavor and freshness. I am low -carb so I do not typically eat much pizza anymore. But then my husband advised me that they had sourdough. I said well let’s get this one ! We love trying new pizza places and this one really checked all of the boxes and then some! Ioved that the pizza was soft but still a solid crust. As a New Yorker, I’m, always critiquing a little bit harder, and this one definitely passed my test. I can’t wait to come in and experience the ambiance of the place, but what I could tell is that it is really nice with the bar on other side of the establishment and they even have an outdoor space with patio games.

Having been to Italy and NYC where the pizza is incredible, I feel like we have finally found a pizza that reaches that level of excellence.
